The food at this Burger King is fresh and hot. The staff are helpful and friendly. The wait can be a little long at times, but it's worth the wait.

Ordered two original chicken sandwiches and a viking sundae I was charged 14 and some change. Got to the window and asked the girl if the sandwiches were not part of their two for five duo meals anymore? She apologized and said I was right and got the manager to fix the order in the till. ( Great service so far, made a mistake fixed it politely and fast). The manager informed me as if I was told before this is a training store and I have to ask for the duo or it will be rang up as al'lacarte.... Big difference in price, I said every bk in the tri state area ( Michigan indiana ohio) always does the duo price. Again informed they are a training store, to wich I said I would train my staff to inform my customers of the more INEXPENSIVE way to get my order. I was told no we have to train this way, I said okay I would no problem. Hot juicy original chicken love it.
My issue is being told it's a training store and you can't trust them enough to look out for their customers best interest, why would I go back there? Now as a business person are my employees or manager trustworthy. If I charge al'lacarte price on a discount/special order item with a let's say 4 to 9 dollar price difference how much money can I pocket in a day a week or a month?
Just saying......smh.

Tables were dirty. Empoyee was seated in dining room, he watched me wipe off a table. Then went back to work behind the counter. Otherwise a decent visit. To corporate... quit messing with the app and the coupons. I visit more when I have more coupons to use. You're messing with my whoppers...

Ordered around 1pm on 3/1. Probably the best order I've ever received from Door Dash or Uber. All the utensils were in the bag, the food/wrappers were clean and folded up nicely. Nothing was covered in grease. It looked like someone actually took pride in their work, well done.
