I received superlative quality service at this location, which has become my family's favorite. The gentleman that assisted me at the counter was exceptionally affable and efficient. I ordered a rodeo burger. In addition, I utilized a coupon for two original chicken sandwiches and two French fries. My food was served quite promptly. I can't stress how wonderful this location is. Their team is always kind and fun to interact with. Even when they are swamped with customers through drive thru or inside, I’ve notice how timely and respectful they are. Anyway, I’ve always had good customer service and food here. Working in the fast food industry can be tiring but I have to say keep up the awesome work and thankyou guys!!

I have had 2 Impossible Whoppers here recently and I have been very pleased with both. The first one I got at the location near Frandor Mall wasn't cooked thoroughly. When I asked for it to be re-made there the second one tasted like it just came off a grill with cleaner chemicals on the sandwich. I tried another location recently. The Burger King near Eastwood Meijer. The first Impossible Whopper I got there tasted like the burger was sitting in a tray too long and was hard on the edges. At the North Holt location I am writing this review about seems to be a good place. I have had quality results the two times I have gone there!!! Keep up the good work guys!!!

Literally just left. The douchebag cashier didn’t give me the time to order sauce for anything before ordering me to pull forward. Was told the milkshake machine was shut down already. Like really. It’s still over a hour before closing. This place really is turning out like McDonald’s. Next time def going to a different more professional one.

I am a regular customer here and get their breakfast burritos on a regular basis and also food later at night frequently , well this morning my burritos had long blonde hair inside of them . That's disgusting and whoever is working there should watch what their doing while preparing peoples food , your hair should be put up since your working at a restaurant. I dont plan to ever order from them again & not for awhile . Just very disgusted .
The staff is always super friendly and polite, even when they get slammed with a rush (they're probably short staffed and deserve more help!)
