I ordered pizza for family while visiting yesterday and to be honest it was not good. We ate about 4 pieces. The cheesebread was good the delivery person was awesome. The pizzas were horrible. It was dry and seemed as though it was not fresh but frozen dough. There was no flavor and barely cheese. The amount paid for this i would've rather gotten something else.

This blt pizza is a joke, not enough cheese, too much crust, stacked tomatoes not evenly spread, big chunks of lettuce. I don’t see no bacon either. Just sad!

Friendly staff, horrible pizza. Ordered deep dish, crust was overcooked and literally hard as a rock. This place has severely fallen off.

On Saturday, 9-14-24 @ 12:30 a.m., my family and friends were hungry and called all around for a place to deliver pizza. I had a houseful of people watching UFC and boxing simultaneously. I called Happy's Pizza, which is less than 1 mile from the house, and they said the driver is done, but we could do pickup. Of course, no one wanted to go get it. I ran across Cottage Inn, and the young lady asked for my address and asked, "What would you like?" I was so happy! We all were. The pizza arrived within a 1/2 hr. It was hot! Same with the bone in wings, and they threw in garlic breadsticks! Because they were closing. Thank you, Cottage Inn for feeding a house full of hungry guys. You truly came through. The food is good, it arrived hot, it arrived even though it was late at night, what more could a mom ask for? ?

The pizza only had cheese in a few spots and was burnt despite me picking it up very close to the pick up time.I will not order here again !. I’ve refrained from leaving reviews before, because I wanted to give them a chance but most of my past orders haven’t been good Pizza from this location compared to any other pizza place around

Don't know how this location is still open. The ceiling is falling apart and there is water dripping down around the food. They had trash cans to catch the water dripping from the ceilings. Won't be back. Pizza was too salty to eat. Just threw it out.

Have had issues in the past with this store and didn’t order from them for two years. Started again because sometimes you need some variety. I ordered a Smokehouse pizza, everything stix, and an apple piezza. The stix and dessert were good but the pizza seemed to have been sitting out a while before delivery. The cheese had started to set and was not melty and there was literally, no joke, 3 pieces of pulled pork on the entire thing. The rest was bacon and onion.
