Dominos is one my favorite guilty pleasures. But my last 2 visits to this location were the worst! This location sucks! Last time my food was cold and the pizza was very light on cheese and toppings. Currently I am sitting in the parking lot waiting for my order for close to an hour with my 8 year old son. I thought the tracker was broken because " Eric" had been prepping my order for an hour. The guy at the counter told me it would be another 15-20 minutes... that was 25 minutes ago and the tracker just notified me that my order was in the oven. They do not appear to be overly busy and certainly didn't look concerned when I went in to check on my order. I will not be back here and I would advise anyone else to take their business elsewhere.
Old man with the glasses at the counter was really rude. We ordered, tried to use apple pay to pay. He got an attitude with us and said that they don’t accept apple pay when they actually do. When we came back with a card, he was getting scolded by the manager. Then decided to not cut any of our food out of spite.

Older white man with a mustache and glasses was extremely rude. I understand that technology now is different, but there’s no reason to be rude or dismissive about a question. Food was adequate, but his service reduced my order severely.

Ordered online and it was so quick! They always have paper plates n napkins for the taking. Great
Called pizza took over an hour and it was cold. Need to speed up delivery even if it's on Thursday thru Saturday. Should not take an hour to go 0.4 miles literally up the road. Sorry.

First off was late on delivery.and when u trying to call them put you on hold forever then when I told them a order was missing and asked to speak to manager and he just yelling in background about being my fault that was the rudest

Placed an order online, after an hour and still no food, I decided to call the store asking about the order. The person who answered was not helpful at all, and after waiting for almost ten minutes while he figured out what was going on… told me it would be another hour and a half before my food would get there. He was completely clueless and definitely was not with the program.I’m sorry, but two and a half hours for a pizza delivery of only $30 is unacceptable. I will never order from this store again… and I’m a regular customer. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had and buyer beware to anyone else that orders from this store!!

I ordered a pizza at 7:38 and it was to be delivered in 30-40 minutes. It is now 9:15 and still no pizza. They tell me it will be another 30 minutes. DO NOT ORDER FROM DOMINOES IN HOLT.
