I would like to say Thank you to Purple who took my order tonight at 10:26pm! She was very kind and surprisingly cared about what I wanted to order! Haven’t had that in a while when getting pizza! Forgot what that was like! Thanks Purple for going the extra mile! 😊

I recently ordered the same items twice. Double cheese and pepperoni and salad. Reminded them today that pizza hardly had any cheese on it first time. They failed to give me the double cheese with a less than single cheese on second attempt. Both time's tipping 30 percent. Very disappointing !!!

Not sure what has changed within these past few months but you can definitely tell something has made the establishment go down. Whether that be management or just the employees, it just doesn’t work anymore. The establishment is filled with child workers with no restraints. Loud, vulgar, and obnoxious with no proper communication skills or correction, it’s like an elementary school cafeteria in there. Stopped going in for that reason only to be met with rude drivers directly from them and even door dash. Not to mention the food quality could be described the same way, it has also gone down drastically since noticing these changes. Unaware if some firings or resignations happened but if that’s the case they really messed up. They used to have amazing managers and workers that actually cared for the job and atmosphere. Can’t wait to try the nice big Little Ceasers I can see from down the street instead.

Ordered a one topping medium pizza that cost $20! Delivery fee is outrageous. Thought I was ordering a “deal” that included bread but I guess not. I get a large 1 topping pizza and bread from Fat Boys for the same cost.

Ordered delivery with specific instructions to leave order on porch. They received the instructions as it was printed on the receipt. The delivery driver, apparently door dash, knocked on the door repeatedly. I have a very good reason for wanting it left on the porch. I voiced my displeasure that my request was ignored. Apparently the driver was offended as she began texting my phone repeatedly claiming she was never given that instruction. She even texted me more after being asked to stop.
If this wasn't enough, my order was also screwed up. I was short one soda, my sub had no lettuce, tomato or dressing (i asked for extra dressing) and there was no garlic butter dip for my bread. The receipt confirms all those things were ordered.
To sum it up. The delivery was screwed up, I was then harassed by the driver and the order i was given was screwed up. Quite the trifecta. Do better

Ordered pizza just a little passed 10 pm. Got a a call a couple minutes later stating they wouldn't be making my order because they are closed and they can't understand how I was even able to place an order since they're closed. So they would be refunding my money and not making my order. First of all online it states your location is open till 11pm!! I used my free pizza I earned through points which I'm pretty sure I lost out on. Which is not ok! You plan on replacing my points? Even when I called to today to ask what time it closes they stated 11 pm! I can look up my email confirmation and it confirmed I ordered at 10:10 pm. Very rude and unprofessional!

Burned pizza. Both the crust and some of the toppings were burned. We ordered a large, deep dish and the out most of it.
ordered all pepperoni, they messed my order and gave me all cheese, so i drove back to get my correct order and instead of getting a new pizza, they just sprinkled pepperoni on a cold pizza. 😐

Not Happy! Ordered on line and was supposed to of been delivered from the Cedar st. Holt location..my ordered cam Lil after 2 hours from what they said talked to numerous employees and also the Manager from that store..they seem to give me the runaround for the most part..say this then say that and I seen it was not adding up to what my expectations were...when I finally got the delivery of my pizza I received it cold..I will not order again from that location..I paid for pizza along with store charging me for delivery and top of that included a tip to driver...such a bad experience overall..I was not looking for a free pizza due to the circumstances...I just needed employees to be honest and provide good service is all and I did not get that..very disappointed for sure.
