Vacant counter when I walked in about 1:45 pm on a Saturday. Stood for a few minutes looking at the menu and hear the workers talking in the back before I hear one say to another that a guest was out front. Finally someone came up, but never addressed me. I kept reading the menu figuring she'd greet me when ready, but instead she straightened her shirt and adjusted her hat. I would glance down waiting for some eye contact or something. After a couple minutes I looked at her hoping to indicate I was ready to order, and just watched her lean on counter still not looking at me. I said, "I guess I'll go somewhere else, was waiting for a greeting". As I turned to walk out the door she said, "well, bye I guess". I'm in no rush so if they didn't want my business I'll go elsewhere. I drove 2 miles down for Little Caesars instead.

I ordered delivery tonight on National Pizza Night! ?? They made the food just like I ordered it online, and it was delivered early by a super nice delivery driver. Everything was so tasty! THANK YOU! Keep up the great work!

Ordered delivery for New Years Eve. Driver was excellent. 10/10 for her speed and customer service.Ended up with food poisoning from one of the pizzas. Contacted store via the feedback form and corporate offices and neither responded to me. So, I'll just be avoiding Hungry Howies from here on out. Nothing like paying $40 to spend two days dealing with food poisoning between me and one of my children. I'd avoid the ground beef if I were you.

Not really on the store itself, but the app let me place an order for the store and then they closed. So now not only did I not get to get my order, but now I have to figure out how to get a refund since their app doesn’t give an option. I think this will be my last time ordering from hungry Howies and just stick with dominoes since it’s easier and they don’t let you place an order with a clsoed store.

Pretty sure my pizza ingredients were expired as it gave me digestive issues the following
Just an FYI when the dishes are dropped on the floor they are just picked up and used, not washed. MAYBE the floors are cleaned once a day. I was not trained on how to use the sterilization sink. Maybe people use gloves. Your delivery driver is paid 5.05 an hour and doesn't get that delivery fee. They are supposed to get .55 cents a mile, but when you do the math, that's impossible. The managers steal tips from drivers. They say you don't have to go to dangerous places, but insist you go to places because they are too "sketchy" for Door Dash to deliver to. I was hired as a driver, but spent much of my time washing dishes, which I didn't get paid tips for. Hands down the WORST job I have ever had and made me scared to ever eat there again.

I ordered a ham and cheese sub. As depicted in the picture online and any other Hungry Howies I've ordered it at, there is parmesean and butter on top of the bread. My sub had absolutely nothing on it. Was completely flat and the ham and cheese was mostly in the middle of the sub with very little compared to how my subs look at other Hungry Howies. I would not suggest ordering a sub from this place. Complete waste of money, most of it was thrown away. I had ordered takeout and didn't look at the sub until I was already home, I put in a complaint online and was told they would refer my message for a refund since they are privately owned. I still haven't heard back.
