Got overcharged for my meal. Simple mistake when I tried to explain to them that they made a mistake they became hostile and refused to listen to me or acknowledge their mistake. I bought 2 meals for 17.49 then they told me I still owed another 10? There is no way two meals cost 30.00? I will never go to this place again. I strongly encourage those that choose to dine there to be certain you are paying the correct amount and receiving change. I’m almost certain the older guy put the money in his pocket. Terrible service!! I had to call the cops just to straighten it out, truly pathetic customer service

Our go to for Chinese take out. The portions and prices are great, and staff is very friendly.
We do their takeout and we love it. The owner greets you with a contagious smile, the food is hot and usually fresh, variety of offerings is good and we love their crab rangoons.
I've gone to this place multiple times over around 3 months. They always give me a crazy amount of food each time I go there. The staff are always super friendly and welcoming whenever I come there. Super grateful they're so close by and have great prices.
I don’t know what happened but I ordered a meal with beef broccoli and hunan chicken and rice was barley 2 scoops and one scoops each of the meal 3 pieces of broccoli and 1 piece of beef and the hunan looked like a highschool meal
The server added items to our bill. Which we didn’t ask for and then still charged us more than he should have. The food was not fresh. The quality and quantity were the poorest we have ever gotten.

Great food. But my heart was broken because they changed the recipe of the egg rolls. I grew up with the old recipe ( crushed) .
Showed up at 8:05 pm they close at 9 pm and were out of most all of there items. Refused to make anything said sorry good bye. Worst service ever. No wo Der they are closing. Don't waste your time. Would give negative stars if possible

What happened tonthe big eggrols? They were great and that set you apart from the other Chinese places. The new small egg rolls are not that good. Please bring back the big ones. The ones you use to make at House of Ing were the best around, sure miss those ones!!
