Its like a box of chocolates. Just never know what you're going to get. Mcdouble is either super dry and extremely seasoned (feel your blood pressure rise) or its cooked well and drowning in mustard. Always a 10-25 minute wait. Fries are always old. But, it's mcdonalds. What do you honestly expect?

To start things off I'm very disappointed because it took over 30 minutes to get our food and the food was cold. It was obvious the food had been left sitting out for a while cause the ice in my coffee was completely melted. The fries were cold and the burgers were decent. We had seen multiple drive through orders get pushed through before ours but it took ages to do which I understand if you get busy but the time was ridiculous. Half our order was missing something from it. To say the least would not eat there again

Waited in the lobby for 17 minutes with another half dozen customers and watched no one get served. People were yelling to the back for refunds and frustrated that they were going to miss their bus. This location needs to get their crap together. Front desk completely unmanned the whole time. I never got served, I ultimately just gave up, told them to cancel the order and refund my card. Came in hungry, left angry and still hungry.

This is the last time I will be at this location, we waited over 20 minutes for 4 sandwichs to be made, some of the employees were texting on there phones, tried asking for mayo, the kid.acted like he never heard of it :(

At This location know matter what time of the day. They Have you pull forward and make you wait while they get other cars through. But the other 4 cars that are already waiting in their order is forced to wait for theirs. On top of that one of the cars were waiting for a shake and smoothie. like you had them pull forward and wait for 2 drinks šŸ¤¦šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļøthats crazy. they even tried to give them to me i didnt order any drinks. Then they got everyone who was behind me in line waiting off to the side done before me. Im tired of this location always making you pull forward and wait no matter what you get even drinks. I know you do that so your numbers look good. Makes it look like your get them in and out but there really not people are waiting 10mins. Alot of people I know reuse to go to that location because of that and the food not being right even after waiting for it. Higher up managment Someone needs to come in and get this place turned around. This location use to be a good location. But everyone what rather drive 2 to 3 mile up the road to a different location. Just to get what they ordered and it beinging right and not beinging made to moved forward and waiting. I will started going to a different location even though this location is a 1/2 block away from me.

These people don’t know how to put fires in kids meals, I call and all they can say is sorry it was a mistake. That there’s nothin they can do about some baby fires missing. On top of waitin 15 mins cuz when I got to the widow they didn’t have my Oder tryed to give me someone else meal, then brought out the 3 kids meals, and I still had to wait becausee they forgot to make my snack wrap meal. I ask for refund and they can’t do that all they can do is give me another kids meal.! I am beyond pissed at this store. This store shouldn’t be open and operating, with people that don’t understand how to make fires, or how to work in the fast food industry period and didn’t give me the juice that I paid for that comes with kids meals

They consistently forget stuff and they bring it out to the car Everytime And by the the time you check your order the person is gone and you have to go inside if the lobby is open. How hard is it to read a screen and put the order in a bag?

If you have to pull every single car to the side, what is the point of pulling any of them over? Might as well make them wait in line if youre unable to serve any of them. This is the most annoying thing ever and the only mcdonalds in the area I know doing this. Makes no logical sense.

Ok I ordered my food online for pick up. I then left 5 minutes later and went to the store across from McDonald's. I then went to McDonald's my order came in segments. 1st was the Ice coffee they handed to someone else then came a hotcake meal and 2 big breakfasts. My steak egg mcmuffin was missing it took an additional 7 minutes for my missing item. When I got home I noticed there wasn't any syrup,butter, or forks and napkins. Oh and I found out today McDonald's pancakes come frozen because the outer edge of all 9 hotcakes were ice cold. Can we go back to minimum wage for employees? Cause making more money causes lack of awareness and motivation apparently.

I wasn't given a receipt for the half of my order that I left with this morning, so I don't have any place to leave my feedback on today's visit except here. After waiting in the glacially slow drive thru line, I was given my breakfast sandwich and told to pull aside and wait for my iced coffee. I pulled aside, slowly ate my entire sandwich, and never saw my iced coffee. The gentleman who was asked to pull aside ahead of me was still waiting when I abandoned the idea of getting my iced coffee and left without it to go get something to wash down my breakfast sandwich. The sandwich whose sausage patty and folded egg had clearly sat on the grill overcooking and drying out. I drove past another McDonald's to go to this one, because it's not usually as bad as the others. I'm no longer going to waste my time and gasoline doing so.

The McDonald's itself is just fine. Most of the Employees are hardworking, good ppl. I don't dislike the Restaurant. My problem comes from the customers around there. I've never had a good experience with the other customers at that particular McDonald's. The ppl in that area are pretty miserable, and hard to be around.

The worst McDonalds in the area. Service very slow. Always waiting people off to the side and long lines in the drive-thru. Also had a hair in my breakfast sandwich one time. I complained to the manager months ago, and nothing has improved.
