I visit this Mcdonald’s multiple times a week, however I will not be returning. My coworkers and I went through the drive through close to closing time after our shift and ordered a Big Mac, 10 piece nugget, McChicken, and 3 orders of the 4 piece McCrispy, $33 order. I was told they were out of receipt paper and unfortunately gave them the benefit of the doubt and did not check the bag before leaving. Only received 5 of the 12 total McCrispy strips and no McChicken. The chicken strips I received were disgusting. I could not reach out to them right away as they were closed when we realized. Contacted the store the next day and was told I needed a receipt and needed to contact them the day of to receive any type of compensation for this ridiculous incident, even though they were the ones without the proper equipment to provide a receipt. They claimed they would contact me later that day to resolve the issue and still have done no such thing. For them to knowingly hand me a bag with less than half of my order and not attempt to resolve the issue is atrocious. Many of my coworkers have experienced the same issues. They are taking money from people, not correctly filling orders, and refusing to correct their “mistakes” (they knew what they were doing and continue to do so). As a former McDonald’s employee, I am deeply disgusted with the lack of customer care. Save yourself the trouble and go to another McDonald’s.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s over a few years, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. Not once have I been able to dine in without waiting 20–30 minutes for my food—something that, by now, I should expect, but still find frustrating.

Today was the last straw. I was with my daughters, heading to a movie, and thought I’d try the drive-thru for a quicker option. I had 40 minutes before the movie started—plenty of time at virtually any other McDonald’s. But not here. After sitting in the drive-thru for 25 minutes, I finally went inside to check on our order. I wasn’t the only one—several other customers had also left their cars to ask where their food was.

I waited several more minutes before I could even speak to someone. When I finally did, there was no apology—just a casual admission that the service here is always slow. While I understand it's not solely that employee’s fault, I let him know I wouldn’t be returning and suggested he pass that message along to management. At this point, it would’ve taken me less time to drive to a different McDonald’s further away.

To top it off, our order was wrong—and no, I didn’t have another 30 minutes to wait for it to be fixed. We were late to our movie, and frankly, I’m done giving this location the benefit of the doubt. If I’m going to wait that long for a meal, I might as well go to Texas Roadhouse and enjoy a steak—at least I’d get better service and value for my time.

I hope management takes these repeated complaints seriously. Judging by the number of similar reviews, I’m clearly not the only one fed up.

I was recently in this establishment and ordered a sweet iced tea. I did notice that they were quite busy so I did expect a little bit of a delay. The staff was extremely understanding about everything and they were trying to help as many customers as they could seeming how all of the staff had just clocked in and the previous shift had not given them any information about what was happening or the orders that were already in process. That poor manager on that shift was just being hounded by customers that were being extremely rude because they had a longer wait time for their food, when it was indeed the first shift that never told her anything. I even heard her explain to a customer that she was extremely sorry and was trying to her best but she had just clocked in and nobody had given her any information about what was happening at that moment. It did take quite a while to get just a single iced tea, but this is to be expected when there are at least 10 plus people in line seemingly five staff members and customers that are extremely rude and disrespectful. Overall the second shift team of this McDonald's seems like they were trying their hardest to figure everything out when first shift had never given them any notice of what was happening.

This McDonald's is very slow the food tastes the same as any other but unless you are there for breakfast it's very slow and the later in the day it is the slower it is

Got text order was ready at 6:31, it is now 6:50 and still don't have it.update got food.it was cold, sent it back. 2nd attempt cold AND missing drink and sauce.

Ordered food inside the restaurant and waited for 45 minutes and still didn’t get food. Our order disappeared from the screen and nobody would help us. Absolutely worst McDonald’s in the history of McDonald’s do not go here even if you are starving to death.
