It seems harsh to rate this so low based on one bad experience, but that's how the cookie crumbles, I guess. I ordered some food today and asked for it fresco. Fresco means replace the cheese with tomatoes and onion. They gave me what i ordered but with no tomatoes or onion (or cheese.) So I paid the same price as I otherwise would have, but for less food. : P

Locked the doors at midnight I've been waiting in the drive through for more than half an hour with maybe one car being served. I have my order sitting inside waiting to be grabbed idk what they're doing in there.
Stopped by at 3:30 am after I got out of work because they are open till 4am. I asked for a 12 pack of tacos and was REFUSED service! The said I can't come a half hour before they close and expect them to make me 12 tacos! Whats is the point of being open until 4 am if you are just going to refuse to make food for people. Seriously!!!!

I always get the 7.00 Cravens box but the chalupa shell is always hard no matter if I ask them toake me a soft one it's still hard and crispy I have a sensitive right side of my mouth and have asked them to make me a fresh one but they still throw another over cooked on iny meal!!!!

It’s fast food, the only reason people rate this is to complain. But this location actually puts orders out correctly and if they don’t all you have to do is call/or come back letting them know what happened. Lots of Karen’s thinking this is a family owned restaurant 🤷♂️
