Food was good but service wasn't the best.. employees were more worried about going outside to smoke... prior to me visiting im assuming an employee was emptying ymtrash in the lobby or doing some type of cleaning cause they took their glives off and sat them on a table and apparently forgot about them, so on a dining table sat a pair of inside out gloves that had been used for who knows what..
I just ordered mind you the last time I came in they had to give me some coupons because their employees got into a fight and my food took 25 minutes to come out with no cars in drive thru. So this time I come inside and I forgot to ask for no shredded cheese so I politely ask right after I ordered and the lady told to the guy making the food and he said no I just got done making it with an attitude. And I thought hey maybe he would still do it it's only 2 doritos locos tacos to remake. And nope I should of checked it right there but yea this tacobell used to be really good and has turned into one of the worst taco bells I've ever been to the employees are HORRIBLE!

Ordered through the app so it should have been easy to get the order right. Not one single thing in the order was correct. They gave us someone else's entire order. Had to drive back into the store to swap it out for the right food. They had to re-ring the whole thing for some reason which put us at the back of the line to get our food replaced. Not one person, not the manager, not the person that made the food, not the person that rang it up said sorry for the mixup and making you drive all the way back in. One person did tell me to get the wrong food off the counter cause they couldn't take it back.

Jacked up breakfast prices and it's just not worth it anymore, it was nice while it
This location has declined considerably. A month ago I was in and got two tacos from them that had human hair in it. Went back to the store with pictures (I threw the food out because it was nasty. ) And asked for a refund. Was given one, however, the manager had a attitude with me and insisted there was "no way any human hair ended up in the food". Yet I saw employees not wearing hair nets. They never put napkins in the bags also. I go now to the Taco Bell north of this one on Cedar St. I receive napkins in bags and never have to ask and the food is always properly prepared there.Previously, beyond this, my orders were done right minus never getting napkins and mistakes with food that happens regularly.
I have no idea what it is about the staffing. Here any time you come here at nightor mide day. They seem to take forever to get your food They miss out on a lot of items and when you ask for extra stuff u don't even give your extra and charge you for it. this place needs to get it together. I don't think I'd be given it a five rate any time soon I work in the food industry So I know it don't take that long to make tacos The bar I works at Puts out pizzas and their taco dinners faster than this place does just tacos, and we bake our tacos in the oven with bean and rice and We're not even fast food.

It's pretty bad I've been there 3/4 within the last couple months thinking they would change but how hard is it to make sure the food is right and the food is fresh at least microwave it for me we've had to call all 3/4 time cuz food bad or something messed up or forgot and all at nighttime and when we call you guys wanna be pissed well do your job right not my fault ur to busy wanting to smoke outside maybe stop smoking you'll be able to do ur job
