I've been here a few times and it's been okay. But today I picked up a meat plate (that is supposed to come with rice, salad and hommos). They put a tabaolli salad in with my food (and so my kibee got wet and soggy) and I asked for a regular Greek salad as my salad. I got no rice. There are so many good middle easter restaurants in the area I won't be back to zatoons.

Everything fried is gross. Kabobs and salads are good. Hummus pretty good. They always mess up something on takeout orders.

Love the spicy hummus an fries. But charging 3.95% for credit *visa* an Charging a processing fee for debit card. Which shouldn't be allowed for debit cards.. an Visa has a limit of 3%. Will not be back. I will try to report to Visa as well. Do better

My families favorite local restaurant! We love the Chicken Lover's Platter - and usually order enough to have leftovers. The food is fresh, tastes great - and even reheats well! We order at least once a month!

Stopped by after I was recommended by a friend and was not disappointed! I got a chicken shawarma combo with a Greek salad and it was all fantastic. The lady who took my order was very helpful and sweet. The atmosphere was okay but also expected for a mom & pop in a smaller town. Highly recommend

Be sure to check your order to be complete. What's the point of tipping for carryout if they don't get the order against the receipt. Confirmed missing item was on clover receipt. Order took 30 minutes after being told 20 minutes; therefore had no time to double check. Food was missing label on a sandwich, another pain point for large order. Guess Im glad I only tipped 17%, thanks Mia on the diligence. A refund doesn't help when you're at a kids event and trying to feed multiple parents and it would take 20 minutes to do a run back out, unfortunately I'm just going to have to learn to never trust take out. Asked if they could deliver it (true unrealistic expectation) but very frustrating when pay about 100 bucks for 5 people's food and then have to apologize profusely to one for their missing order. Food was good quality/value for those who got their meals.

The food is amazing every time. I like how there are many healthy and vegetarian options too. The SALAD DRESSING is heavenly, I usually buy extra to take home lol. Love the atmosphere and service as well, the employees are always so kind! The vibe of this restaurant is perfect. I feel so happy every time I eat here 🥰
Our family goes to Zaytoon every year for my birthday. We all look forward to it. We get the Family Feast every time & there is always food that comes home afterwards, because it is so much food! The chicken shawarma is my favorite, but it is all great. Sometimes grape leaves are bitter, but these are not & are very tasty, especially with the garlic sauce, which is to die for! The fattouch salad & dressing are insane. The naan/pita bread brought out to put everything on is very good. The kafta beef/lamb is so delish'. The kabobs are tender & the beef is cooked to order. The seasoning on the chicken kabobs is amazing. The hummus is out of this world good & very smooth. Even the tabbouli is good. The jasmine rice pairs perfectly with the shawarma & is not to be outdone. Everything is amazing & cooked fresh, so that means the falafel & fried kibbie are really hot. I crack them open first, so they can cool down, before devouring.
I am only sad because there used to be a location closer to us near the Lansing Mall, but now Holt is the only location. But it is still worth the drive! :-)

Radio station was not tuned in and nothing but loud static the whole time. Asked for it to be fixed or turned off. It was very loud. They didn't fix the problem for us and it was hard to enjoy the meal with that noise. Also was about 55° in the lobby. I really hope they fix things around there cuz food is good. Atmosphere horrible
