Service is great, but if you sit inside none of the tables are actually clean, they're all sticky. The chairs are rather hard and the music is very loud.

I would leave zero stars if I could for this place. The workers here are so entitled, condescending and rude, then they get angry if you don’t tip them for doing their job (poorly at best) the drinks are constantly more ice than drink, or an inch below the top of the cup. If I pay for a venti, I should get it. I am over the tip entitlement with coffee places in general. You are doing your job. Get over yourself. There is one worker here in particular (red head) who is absolutely the worst. I plan to call the store and complain, but these days, I doubt it will do any good since this whole generation takes no pride in working at all and prefer the victim mentality way of life. I’m so over this place. Customer service is dead. Sad.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I went through the drive through and ordered 2 Cookie Crumble Frappes. They were bitter and tasted spoiled. I parked went in and told her they tasted rotten. The employee acted like she was inconvenienced and said that she “couldn’t take them back” I had to ask not once but twice to remake it or let me get a different drink for the same price. She tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with the milk. Got 2 small white chocolate mochas. She Used the same milk! Went to the car and my daughter and I tasted those tasted equally horrible. A sour bitter taste we just dumped them in the parking lot. I didn’t want to deal with the same employee again. I really can’t afford to throw drinks out. It’s been 30 minutes and even with brushing my teeth my daughter and I can’t get that nasty taste out of our mouths. I don’t think I will be going to this location anymore.

We ordered 2 cold coffee drinks via the drive thru. Everything went very good at this point. Once we drove away we discovered neither of the drinks were mixed up. The coffee, milk, and Carmel were not mixed together. That was a big disappointment. We had to find a place to stop and mix the drinks ourselves. Fortunately we had a spoon in the car to mix the drinks.
