This review is for Sarah and the rest of your morning/early afternoon team: I come to the drive thru mainly on Thursdays and the weekend to take my super anxious rescue pup for a car ride and to get his pup cup. He normally is fine with the exceptions of some whines as he patiently waits. Well, a delivery guy pulled up next to me at the speaker and my dog had a meltdown. Could barely get my order out over his barking. All of a sudden, Sarah came out the backdoor with a pup cup in hand for him. And Monty was back to his happy self. She didn't have to do that but went out of her way on a busy morning to do so.
I know this might seem small, but my dog seems to make people uneasy at times, and I try to expose him to more people by taking him as many places as I can. Everyone here is soooo sweet to him. I can't tell you how much it means to me! Sarah is such a great person to us, along with everyone on the team that we've come in contact with. Thank you for being the absolute best and so kind. Thank you for making a once abused puppy dog's day a little better, by being so patient and friendly.
Monty loves you guys.... and his pup cups (his mom also thinks the vanilla sweet cream cold brews aren't too shabby either 😉)

This apple croissant is amazing. Before I ate every crumb I had to snap a picture to share. It's is light and flaky and and melts in your mouth. Worth every penny!!!

Service is great, but if you sit inside none of the tables are actually clean, they're all sticky. The chairs are rather hard and the music is very loud.

I would leave zero stars if I could for this place. The workers here are so entitled, condescending and rude, then they get angry if you don’t tip them for doing their job (poorly at best) the drinks are constantly more ice than drink, or an inch below the top of the cup. If I pay for a venti, I should get it. I am over the tip entitlement with coffee places in general. You are doing your job. Get over yourself. There is one worker here in particular (red head) who is absolutely the worst. I plan to call the store and complain, but these days, I doubt it will do any good since this whole generation takes no pride in working at all and prefer the victim mentality way of life. I’m so over this place. Customer service is dead. Sad.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I went through the drive through and ordered 2 Cookie Crumble Frappes. They were bitter and tasted spoiled. I parked went in and told her they tasted rotten. The employee acted like she was inconvenienced and said that she “couldn’t take them back” I had to ask not once but twice to remake it or let me get a different drink for the same price. She tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with the milk. Got 2 small white chocolate mochas. She Used the same milk! Went to the car and my daughter and I tasted those tasted equally horrible. A sour bitter taste we just dumped them in the parking lot. I didn’t want to deal with the same employee again. I really can’t afford to throw drinks out. It’s been 30 minutes and even with brushing my teeth my daughter and I can’t get that nasty taste out of our mouths. I don’t think I will be going to this location anymore.
