The staff are most friendly group of people and always deliver a consistent product each time I visit. They greet me by name and go the extra mile to ensure I am satisfied.
We ordered 2 cold coffee drinks via the drive thru. Everything went very good at this point. Once we drove away we discovered neither of the drinks were mixed up. The coffee, milk, and Carmel were not mixed together. That was a big disappointment. We had to find a place to stop and mix the drinks ourselves. Fortunately we had a spoon in the car to mix the drinks.
Awesome per usual but the workers where kinda crabby. Just wish the lady taking orders was a bit more cheerful

Today I'd ordered a caramel macchiato with oat milk (dairy allergy), which came with regular milk and no caramel. This part may be on me since I don't order bakery items and don't know if I need to request a croissant to be warmed up, but it was cold like it just thawed out. I don't splurge very often and today was a treat for me, so this was a disappointment.
Love this Starbucks, it’s in just the right spot near the highway.

The partner on front was extremely rude until I gave her my partner numbers and found out that I worked for the company. By then it was already awkward.

The worst ever the lady's was so rude because i tild her she did not get my order right and then she tried to tell me I never ordered it when I had the receipt in my head then when she seen she did wrong she just walked away made my drink and walked away. I well never come back to this one even if it's right next to my house.

I usually love coming to Starbucks but this was pry one of the most lame ones I've been to. The drink that I got was okay and pretty bland with not a while lot of coffee flavor and the two ladies behind the counter were kinda rude and not very good with making the customer feel welcome, but hey I'll be back everyone needs a coffee ☕?

Please stop forcing customers to hold the entire card reader. Touchless technology is meant to avoid this! Every customer is now handling a single device & it clearly isn't being cleaned in between. Usually the glare means you can't see the options & even after hitting one doesn't mean it took first try either. We shouldn't be forced to hit any button. Either we offer a tip or no. Do not ask every. single. customer. If we do not offer the cashier hits no tip & we tap our card to actually be touchless & clean.

The drive through employee gave me an attitude when I selected “no tip” for my order. Not tipping! Get over it!

Walked in and ordered at 2:58pm, walked out with my order at 3:29, which says it all.
My drinks were ready for 10 minutes on counter, on my 2nd time of asking after 10 minutes they finally prepared them for me to take
