Today I'd ordered a caramel macchiato with oat milk (dairy allergy), which came with regular milk and no caramel. This part may be on me since I don't order bakery items and don't know if I need to request a croissant to be warmed up, but it was cold like it just thawed out. I don't splurge very often and today was a treat for me, so this was a disappointment.

The worst ever the lady's was so rude because i tild her she did not get my order right and then she tried to tell me I never ordered it when I had the receipt in my head then when she seen she did wrong she just walked away made my drink and walked away. I well never come back to this one even if it's right next to my house.

I usually love coming to Starbucks but this was pry one of the most lame ones I've been to. The drink that I got was okay and pretty bland with not a while lot of coffee flavor and the two ladies behind the counter were kinda rude and not very good with making the customer feel welcome, but hey I'll be back everyone needs a coffee ☕?

Please stop forcing customers to hold the entire card reader. Touchless technology is meant to avoid this! Every customer is now handling a single device & it clearly isn't being cleaned in between. Usually the glare means you can't see the options & even after hitting one doesn't mean it took first try either. We shouldn't be forced to hit any button. Either we offer a tip or no. Do not ask every. single. customer. If we do not offer the cashier hits no tip & we tap our card to actually be touchless & clean.

Last Monday April 22nd in the late afternoon I stopped by this Starbucks on my way out of town. I ordered a nonfat Venta Mocha with an extra shot of espresso at the drive thru. When I got up to the window I was handed my drink and as I was attempting to set it down into the cupholder the lid popped off and mocha went flying all over. I had mocha all down my right sleeve,all over the center console, on my passenger seat and my purse that was setting on my passenger seat. Needless to say it was a mess. As I was handing my mocha back to the young woman at the window she advised that they weren't supposed to take drinks back. I advised her that she needed to take my drink back and dry the cup off. When she attempted to put the lid back on she said "oh this lid is defective". She did put a new lid on and gave me a few napkins. The person who made my drink should noticed that the lid didn't fit properly.

I have been stopping at Starbucks for several years and this particular Starbucks since it opened and I have never ever had the cup lid pop off.

Barista handed me a coffee (wasn’t even mine, she handed me the wrong order) and the lid wasn’t secured and hot coffee spilled all over my wrist, hand, and up my arm. No one even said sorry. They handed me a giftcard and told me to complain to corporate because their lids are once size fits all so their lids always come off. I know accidents happen, but I’m super disappointed and frustrated. Now I get to go to work with a burnt and sore hand.
