For starters there was bugs all over the place. The workers were in the back screaming like bloody murder, and the front desk was so rude.my family and I were trying to have a nice family dinner and it was terrible we were looking up some of the reviews and it sounded like it was a nice so we travel 2 hours to see y'all but it wasn't it was the worst food we've ever had in are whole life. We are never ever going back to that terrible place ever again.

To start this food is diabolical and horrifying,my friend went to get some food and they threw the platter at us.and then stood on the counter and said thou shall not dine in these parts.it could’ve been racially motivated we shall not return to such a rankadank place.not to mention how many heath code violations there were in just one meal.VERY UNSANITARY AND UNSATISFIED!!!!!!!!!

I have eaten at Bowens many times. The atmosphere is great and the food and service are better!Kid-friendliness: Everytime I have come to Bowens with my children they have always loved what they ordered and the staff has always been wonderful to them!

Really concerned with the quality of food served in our local diner. We came in this evening and 7 tables we cluttered with dishes and food from previous customers. I was given a cup of coffee with a chip and large crack in it. Our food was served nearly cold. Butter wouldn't melt on the vegetable. Beef Stroganoff was so thick it did not mix with the noodles it was served on. We sent our food back twice! The restaurant was not busy when we entered. Only 3 people were there at 5:00 pm. We are very regular customers. This is sad!

One of the worst places to go. Way too expensive for what you get. They got my order wrong in the first place, the food was dilapidated and tasteless. Made us sick actually. For a burger, salad, fries and onion rings it came to $40!!! I've had better from checkers. Would not recommend to anyone.

Ordered a sandwich for 10.99 & Ice tea. Got a half a half glass and an excuse that tea ran out and she was making more bAnd would bring it out when it was done but she never did but still charged for a full glass plus charged me 11.99 for the sandwich & when I told her it was 10.99 and insisted that she check the menu she saw that it showed 10.99 but she still charged me 11.99 because she had been told that the price was being increased. Is that even legal??? Very poor service!
