Hands down the best burgers in Michigan. This is a fun, private owned bar/ restaurant. It has a VFW feel and a heavy military theme. It's clear they are paying homage to our veterans. So already you know you have a good place. I can't speak to the whole menu, as I cannot make it past apps and burgers. The burgers are insane. Some places will put a slice of ham, Hereos loads it up. My son got the breakfast burger. The bun is two waffles. It comes with a side of syrup. Your doctor won't be pleased but your stomach will be happy. Prices are very fair. Service is combo bartender and server, so not super fast. Service was exceptionally friendly, so I didn't mind waiting. I'll drive 45 minutes when I'm craving that burger. Worth the drive every time.

Our family stopped here today 5-23-25 for lunch after picking up antiques from a local resident. We wanted food & she recommended Heroes and told me to get the breakfast burger. I was so glad I did! It was SO GOOD!!! My husband got the pig burger, my daughter got the hot club on a croissant, and my nephew got the chicken BLT wrap. Everyone loved their meal! We loved the atmosphere, the food & there is nothing better than a restaurant that truly supports are troops! The walls are covered with pictures of men/women who have served this country. They even have a table that is Reserved for those fallen soldiers that never made it back home. If you are like us and like to find new mom/pop restaurants to try, you won't be disappointed with Heroes! We all agreed, this place has made it to the top of our list of best restaurants in MI!

Excellent food and service. Friendly atmosphere. Perch was cooked perfectly with a nice breading that wasn’t too thick or overpowering. Definitely recommend to others. Can’t wait to try another special.

Very quiet and clean. Service was not bad. Would have given 5 stars but the portion to price of food was way off. They upcharge $2.50 if you want fries but then don't give you very much.

Went here for the 1st time last weekend. Love all the military stuff and pictures of our proud men and woman who have served. We went to the bar 1st waiting on the other party with us. Both ordered drinks and both were great. Now we go sit and order dinner. Wow! Amazing food. We all had something different so we could get an honest idea. And not 1 complaint. I highly recommend them
The make a wonderful olive burger and the servers are fast and attentive, I'll be sure to come back again.

The owner is a great guy. I love the patriotic atmosphere here. The waitress was friendly and prompt. Had an amazing burger there tonight. I would definitely recommend and will be going back next time I am in the area.
