I took my mom to MorningLory Cafe today, she is in a wheelchair and there are 3 steps to get inside. The owner had a ramp she had an employee put out but I couldn't push her up it, the same employee came back and got my mom up the ramp and inside. He also came back when we were done and got her back out to our car and helped to pick her up and put her back into our car. Having lived in Holt for over 20 years and frequently visiting Diamondale, just five minutes away. We somehow overlooked this delightful establishment. The owner provided truly amazing service. The homemade food is exceptionally delicious; I had the avocado toast with delicious homemade bread. Their small bakery offers homemade bread and baked goods, free from commercial additives.
