I’ve been to this biggby about 4 times every time my drink is disgusting and I order off the menu so it’s not like it’s a hard drink to make. I’ve worked for a biggby before so I’m aware how all the drinks there are supposed to taste. Worst biggby I’ve ever been to. Wait is always about 15-20 minutes too.

(6/24) girl taking orders was so annoyed with me because i couldn’t hear her. was just rude in general i came here at like 11:30 today. they forgot our straws and knife for the bagel and we had to walk up to window and waited forever for them to give us the things they forgot.

They’re very nice but I never know if my drink is going to be made correctly. I’m never adding any modifications, literally just pick a drink off the menu and half the time there’s ZERO flavor, extremely disappointing after 2 trips in a row I think I’ll go to the coffee spot down the road.

I used to love dorr biggby but ever since they turned me away from using my phone coupon I’ll be taking my buisness elsewhere. Also they used to put a good amount of bobbas In my drinks & now it’s slim to none. It’s unfortunate I loved coming here but I get better service at other biggbys so I won’t be back.

I worked for this biggby for a week. When it came time to use the headset I knew it was not a good fit with my hearing impairment. I informed the manager right away. Now a month later I am still waiting to get paid and the manager is ignoring my texts.
