a hand make the ingredients for most of their pizzas, the sausage, sauces and so forth

Lasagna did taste good, but never in my life have I seen a lasagna that has NO ricotta. Beats the entire purpose of naming it “lasagna” if it’s just meat sauce and noodles…

Very good pizza. We got a couple large pizzas with sausage and pepperoni for four and had four slices leftover. It goes down easy, so all of us had a slice more than we normally would have. The sauce is very sweet and the thin crust is very good. It's a little greasy, but maybe that's just the toppings we had. Price was about $2/pizza more than at our local pizza place for the same 2 item 16" pizza.

I got take out from Enza’s out of curiosity and I’m glad I did. The long standing local pizza joints are always interesting to me, and the pizza at Enza’s was delicious. I stuck with just onions and mushrooms for my toppings, and they didn’t skimp on them at all. There was a generous amount of cheese and the crust was nice and chewy. The blistering around the edges added a nice crunch too. They may have been getting ready for a catering job while I visited, so the interior was fairly cluttered, but they do great food for takeout.

Grew up in Detroit eating DIB (Detroit Italian Bakery) pizza. Have never enjoyed pizza out here on the west side of the state, (moved out here 1996) or even when I go back home, sadly The DIB burnt down. I rarely even try pizza, cause I’ve never had any that has ever come close to The DIB, UNTIL yesterday!! It was day old, and I cooked @400* in my air fryer for 12min, and look out buddy, it was phenomenal!!!!! Literally ate it for breakfast, lunch and dinner, not even kidding! So glad it’s 20 minutes away, cause this would be a problem. Looking forward to trying it from the oven. The crust was perfect, sauce excellent these two things are what makes or breaks a pizza.A Sicilian kid that grew up on great Italian pizza, thank you Enzo’s Pizza!!!

If I could move to Dorr, I would do it just for the Enza’s Deluxe. Top notch pizza: crust has that crispy chew with the cornmeal bottom, sauce and toppings taste great every time - unlike some shops where you’re 95% sure they use precooked sausage pellets from a GFS bag. They are our go-to when we want good pizza around here. Keep up the good work!

Don't waste your money , when we showed up there were no other customers in the building , should have been our first clue that it was not going to be good. We bought a deep dish ,2 regular pizzas and bread sticks , not good . The bread stick were plain and had no flavor, the pizza sauce was too sweet and the crust was also very plain. We didn't see anyone wearing gloves and there were dead flies on the window sill and cobwebs on the ceilings. The staff was the best part very friendly and helpful. Spend a total of 80$ and most of it went to the trash.

Not a great experience. The person running the show could use some training in handling his crew and just how he carries himself. We were told it would be about 40 minutes before we could pick up. No biggie. Stopped down the road to grab a 12pk first and when we got there it had been about 45 minutes. One of the kids told us it'd be a few more minutes. Then another kid grabbed one of the subs that was done and realized that we had asked for no lettuce, and he proceeded to remove the lettuce with his bare hands. Not too cool. Then, when we get home to eat, everything had to be heated up. The drive from the restaurant to home is less than five minutes. Food tasted good. Just needed to be warmer. Especially after having to wait for it. Not a great experience.

Charged 20 dollars(10.00 according to the menu) for the breadsticks that were supposedly covered in Romano cheese, not so much. They were bad. My husband let it go, surely won’t return.
