I ordered online, we pick it up go home to eat and I open my sub and it is the worst sub I’ve ever seen from there. When you ask for more of an ingredient, it doesn’t mean load it so much that you can’t even pick up your sub. I think these subs get made from people who just do not care what they are doing. I took a picture of my sub, hoping to post to the review page, but I don’t see the option. We come to this subway probably once a week, but we might be finding a new place to go.

The food is always fresh just really skimpy on toppings. Customer service not the best. Same girl working every morning never makes eye contact with the customers. And I always feel rushed when ordering. She doesn't give enough to tell her what you want before putting it in the oven. Mind you, typically, I'm the only one in store when ordering myself. So for her, too, always rush the customer. It's not Necessary

Just spent 41.00 and the bread was hard and burnt in spots. Very disappointed with these guys today. I stop here atleaat 2-3 times a month. Italian herb and Cheese bread waa horrible 10-17-23. Who ever cooked needs some new lessons. My husband couldn't even eat his. I suffered it and put it in the microwave for a bit. It was still tough to eat. Big waste of money today. Now I have to figure something else out for dinner.

Super unfriendly and act like they really don't want to be there. The vegetables are rotting they don't take care of them rotation-wise properly. Used to love Subway but these kids nowadays ruin it hire older people. Old school people you'll get better service. Teenagers never leave the house until they're 50 now

We come here often, normally it’s great, there was one girl working named Britney that even though they were not busy clearly did not have time for us even though we kept our orders very simple she had no patience and made us feel we were inconveniencing her by being there. It would be nice to see a little better customer service at this location.

I’d like it more if they put more care into their subs and if they smiled, even just once. I only come in once every 6 months. This place just makes you feel very unwelcome.

Very disappointed. The last two times I have ordered online my order was wrong. I will not be going back. This location has gone downhill now that Dawn isn't as involved. The staff is rude. They sit in the back on their phones ignoring customers.
