The Pasture Wagon has become our go-to pizza spot this past summer, and for good reason! The pizza here is truly unique — every flavor feels thoughtful, fresh, and made with care. Tonight we tried the New Haven pizza and the Hot Chili pizza, and once again we were not disappointed!
The gentleman is always incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit feel personal and enjoyable. You can tell they genuinely care about their food and their customers, and it shows in the quality.
If you’re looking for delicious, creative pizza and great service, this is the place. Can’t recommend it enough!

The Pasture Wagon is such a hidden gem. The pizzas are fresh and flavorful. Wood fired grill gives compliments the thin crust. Got to get to the corner of Sunset drive and Hutchinson.

First time trying this quaint little countryside pizza place. It did NOT disappoint! Decided after hearing everyone at church singing their praises, that we wanted to see what we were missing. The owner, the kids, the other patrons, the pizza, and the overall atmosphere is amazing!! Will definitely put this at the top of my favorite places! 😊

Owner Clay Smith and family are some of the best people on Earth. The pizza is out of this world at this little road side "food truck" on the outskirts of Dowling, Michigan. The words "food truck" don't describe the care and craftsmanship of the wood fired pizza oven and custom gourmet kitchen on wheels next to a farm field and pond. There are picnic tables to eat at and a playground for the kids (and adults) to play on. Take the drive. It's worth the time and well worth the money for the best pizza you will ever eat.

Been coming here for a while, ever since we found the place on Facebook. Small and attractive roadside pizza eatery with a natural, outside atmosphere and a generous amount of chairs and picnic tables to sit and eat your delicious food. ?❤️ They're only open Fri-Sun, but it's soooo worth the drive. Never had a bad experience here, pizza is always spectacular (get the blueberry goat cheese dessert pizza, you won't regret it!). They carry beverages that change every so often, like pop, juice and water. Bad weather does stop them from opening sometimes, but that's to be expected. 5 stars all around!
Kid-friendliness: Kids love this place. No kid menu, but I see children here quite a bit. They have a playground area behind the pizza wagon.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground is all small rocks, so it may be a little difficult for those pushing themselves to get around.
