My wife and I spent two evenings dining and drinking at the Trailhead while Jeeping with friends this weekend...Amazing service and food across the board. The Trail's End Burger and Brisket Reuben were especially good. Special thanks to Missy, Jennifer and Bubba for their hospitality!

We had a group of 19 golfers. With other customers, it was loud. The acoustics aren't the best. Good food! Their pizza is excellent! Missy does a wonderful job 👏

I had called and spoke to Missy, who was supposed to cancel my trip over a month before our trip date. She never did. Kept calling, left messages.. no return phone call. So I was charged full price for a trip I didn’t go on and had called plenty of time before hand to receive a refund, minus any fees or whatnot. Definitely will make sure to never book a trip to Drummond island with them.

We came up to Drummond Island for the first time a few weeks ago. I can not recommend this campground enough. The owners are amazing and so personable! This campground is a small, quaint campground with the restaurant in the middle. There is plenty of parking for trailers. The campsites are a good size and we loved the ones we got. It is dog friendly as well, which is a big thing for us and our 3 dogs. I would 100% camp here again. It was so quiet and peaceful.

I really hate doing this because I've been to this place several times the past few years and the food and service were both equally great. I won't go into exact details on this past visit because I don't want this to negatively affect any of the staff who did their best to serve us. People spend a lot of money to visit Drummond Island. Between the Ferry fee....lodging...fuel and food it's no longer a $150 weekend like it was 20 years ago. Our riding group has ridden in many areas throughout the state....and we see all too many times how difficult large groups of ATV'ers can be to serve when the trails, taverns and eateries are busy. In turn we also understand and give the benefit to the staff when we could clearly see they were shorthanded. This review isn't about food served to only half our party that took 2 hours then the other half being told the remainder would not be served to them. It's about an owner who sat at the bar the whole 2 hours while his waitress and a 14 year old boy ran around fervently trying to serve 4-5 tables on their own....with a single cook in the kitchen. Then to be treated like trail trash by the owner. Newsflash....your customer base is in the name on your sign. Get off your can and help out your staff and your business. It's not hard to approach tables of people when things go arye...and simply be cordial. There's nothing we haven't witnessed out on the trails that isn't far worse than a screwed up food order. My wife and I guided a group of 4 other couples who have never ridden Drummond. They'll eventually lead their own groups out there. Sad to say they probably won't lead them to your establishment. What a shame.

Showed up site not mowed and fire pipe full of plastic and vap pen cartridges. Set up camp try to run AC we kept blowing breaker at pole . Tried adjacent plug blew it to. Asked about issue, told me it was my camper. I Doubt it...Not enough power to run my unit. They told me my camper has something wrong with it. Doubt it again..... So, borrowed a gas can to start my generator to cool rig down as it was 90 degrees inside. Then I received my updated bill. My 3 son's showed up and was charged 10 dollars per child per night and my children are under 18. Not an adult. . .. Confroned owners about charge and Sh$1 for power I believe they should compensate for the inconvenience. They pretty much told me to get bent. ..... I said"" "If I wanted to run my rig off the grid, I would have. But I wanted what I'm paying for"" If you are being charged $400 Dollars for five day, you want what you pay for!!!. We packed up the same night and checked out...... Hopefully I get the refund , they promised willingly. Had a great time at Burt Lake State Park on a 30amp with no issues Beautiful island. Been there many times... Wouldn't waist my time with Trail Head resort. Owners were very unaccommodating and rude.

Never ever camp here. They were charging $100 a night just for extras.. Then the electrical doesn't work, and they blame it on our camper. Terrible

What a wonderful place for a vacation. Come get away from it all with some trails, set up camp, then finish the day off with a burger and beer and true hospitality. Excellent job well done!
