every time i go here I order the same thing even though i say I am going to order something else next time i go. The eagle balls are yummy and i can't say enough about the Philly steak grinder as it is my most favorite sandwich anywhere. The all you can eat fish on Fridays is definitely worth the deal.

Eagle Inn was great!!! The burgers were amazing! I enjoyed my meal. The lemonade was hitting too, lol ๐ ๐
The owner came by our table and said hello, that was so nice ๐๐
It's definitely a family friendly spot . Come with the homies, the kids, the family, everybody, lol ๐
I'd love to try out something else off their menu when I go back, but that burger was tea!!!!
The service was great too, I don't remember the lady that served us but she was so nice ๐

My advice when it comes to Eagle Inn is to never do take out. I ordered the Eagle Salad two times. The first time it was excellent in that it had all of the items advertised on the menu. The next time I ordered this salad, items were missing such as the walnuts and the dried berries. One other time, I ordered fish on a Friday and instead of having both types of fish as I ordered, only two small pieces of one fish were in the container. Anyway, my impression is, I feel that the kitchen staff tries to get away with skimping on take out orders because they can. The bartender was great and very attentive! I really like him and it is obvious that the wait staff at the Eagle Inn work their butts off!

I went because it's currently the closest bar that serves Yuengling Black and Tan and as much as I would like to give it five stars they closed at 10p.m. on a Saturday night and that's not cool.

Apparently, I have been blocked from making any other reviews for Eagle Inn so I am using the edit feature from a previous review.
My wife and I went to the Eagle Inn because we always enjoy their thin crust pizzas. We ordered gizzards as an appetizer (which were great as always) and they were brought out quickly even though they were very busy on Labor day weekend.
Our pizza was brought out quickly as well. It was excellent, great crust, plenty of ingredients, and sauce.
Kristen, our waitress, was exceptional. All the wait staff seemed to be working hard at providing great service to a very busy place. The cook staff must have been working hard too!
It's unfortunate that I have been blocked from writing honest reviews for the Eagle Inn, but no other eating establishments. I thought reviews were helpful to potential customers and, for the owner to be made aware of areas where some improvements may be beneficial for their business.

Usually, the food is pretty good, gizzards, chicken wings, burgers, sandwiches, etc. I had the Thursday night steak special. I used to enjoy this special . I've probably had 50 Thursday night steak over many years and had only 2 or 3 bad steaks. They use to offer American fried potatoes which were great with their steak. The manager, however, decided to remove them as an option. Now you can only get fries or an old, overcooked brown baked potato that looks like it has been in a roaster for 12+hours.
I tried this same steak special 2-3 years ago and had the same experience, tough, chewy steak and an old, brown baked potato. I thought I would give it a try again, but it was the same result, chewy steak, even med rare, and an old, brown baked potato.
I know I'm not at an upscale steak house, but I would still expect a white fluffy baked potato and decent steak for $16-17, potatoes are not that expensive. Either the manager is unaware of this sub standard meal or just doesn't care. I can't be the only person that has experienced these old, brown baked potatoes twice in a 2-3 year period.
The service was slow, but the waitress looked like she was the only waitress for the entire bar, so I won't fault her for that. Again, I see this as a management issue to have adequate staffing. They should know that Thursday nights are busy. If a waitress doesn't show up, call someone else in or help out yourself.
Eagle Inn has been a great restaurant/bar for over 50 years. They still draw a lot of patrons, but I have noticed a decline in food options, quality, and attention to detail in the last 10 years or so.

It was very hot. Seems like their air conditioning didn't work very well if at all.

Slow service and not very friendly. It took a while to take order on a Friday afternoon and longer to get the food. The burger and fries were good. Mu husband liked the cobb salad. After young waitress took our order I went to use the restroom. The floors were slippery like there was a film of oil on them and there was NO hand soap, the dispenser was empty. I mentioned it to the big lady that works there that there was no soap. After we finished eating I went back into ladies restroom to wash great from burger off my hands and there STILL wasn't any soap. I had to go into the men's to get some!
We stopped in this place on our way to Grand Rapids. Will NOT be back.
Love everyone and the food!
