Foundry Craft Grillery has new management and chefs, and they are making a great impact. The restaurant offers several delicious dishes, including sliders with beer cheese, fried asparagus, and the unique Grease Monkey Macaroni sandwich. Service is reported to be excellent, and the beer selection meets expectations. One area for improvement mentioned is the music volume and consistency in different areas of the restaurant. The star of the menu, however, is the oven-baked, deep-fried wings. A special spice is used that is said to make them the best wings the reviewer has ever had in their life.
