They don't deserve a star they were so focused on closing early that the messed up our order and then when we asked to fix it they said they shut there ovens off already mind you this was 15 before 10 and we were still in the lobby they really need to get better staffing or maybe a adult supervisor

Absolutely horrible service!!!! Order took forever to be filled. We got the pizza home to find out it was not made correctly. Contacted the store and was treated absolutely awful about the fact that they messed up!

Hard to rate when the place is randomly closed until further notice by management (yet still listed as open until you show up and see the marker on paper sign). Not a business you can count on, and a place we will be taking off our list for good.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience at the East Jordan Little Caesars! Despite the chaos of the recent power outage, the entire team was working tirelessly to keep up with orders, and the level of dedication and professionalism they showed was beyond impressive.
From the moment I walked in, I could tell they were slammed—phones were ringing, people were coming in non-stop, and the staff was hustling to get hot pizzas out as quickly as possible. Even with all that going on, every employee I interacted with was incredibly polite and hardworking, never letting the stress of the situation impact their customer service.
The real standout of my visit was the General Manager, who was an absolute gem! She was so sweet and welcoming, even while managing what had to be an overwhelming rush. She not only kept everything running smoothly but also made sure customers were taken care of with kindness and patience. What truly touched me was when she noticed my phone was about to die and offered to let me charge it behind the counter. That small act of kindness in such a hectic situation meant so much and really speaks to the level of care and customer service this location provides.
Despite the power outage making things difficult, the food was still hot and fresh, and they never let the pressure get to them. The staff’s teamwork and dedication were so evident, and I could tell they were doing everything possible to keep up with demand. It’s not often you see a crew handle such a challenging situation with such grace, but they absolutely did.
If you’re in the East Jordan area and looking for a great place to grab a quick, delicious pizza with amazing service, this Little Caesars is the place to go! I truly appreciate the hard work and kindness they showed and will definitely be coming back. Huge shoutout to the GM and the entire team—keep up the fantastic work!
