This is always the slowest fast food place. If you’re in a pinch for time East Jordan has one fast food option and they’re always shockingly slow. Today there was one car ahead of me and they ordered and just drove off after waiting 5 minutes without anyone even coming to the window to take his card, give him his drink, etc… then I was up and I didn’t even see anyone in the restaurant for 5 minutes and then when someone did look around the corner they just walked back again. Absolute joke. I r never taken the time to leave a fast food review but this McDonald’s always…always disappoints.

A lot of issues with this McDonald’s and management - I always choose another location just because the owner of this one allows his employees to act ridiculous without any repercussions.

Driving through, decided to stop here for a quick dinner. Placed an order on the app, came up and gave them the code. Pulled around, wait wasn't super long, they told us to pull up and wait for food. We waited probably almost 5mins, and the food came out, in the hands of a girl who REALLY didn't sound like she wanted to be there. Thank goodness we didn't have her as the order taker. Other than that experience, food was great, very fresh - fries were just dumped in the bag though, so that was annoying. Not terrible for just a pass through. I'd come back if I was in the area, not sure how this place works regularly though.

The staff are so friendly and the food is always hot!
Ive gone here a few times since moving here. The few times I've gone they have screwed up my order over and over again. Who ever works drive thru at the afternoon/night needs training on how to speak to customers. I've gone there 3 times for collaborations and each time has been a horrible experience. I went there for a sauce that just came out and whoever was working the window lied to me and said it came out months ago (lie it came out 3 days before I asked) 2nd time I went was for the Yugiho collaboration, order the kids meals to get the toy and ended up with two Battleship toys. The final time was the other day for the genshin impact collaboration. The lady who helped me was very nice but when I get told after doing it online multiple times to contact Corporate(that was a joke) im not trying to tear this place down that much but its also when I ask for things not on it or on it I dont get it. Ive never had a good experience at any McDonald's I've gone to. Not trying to be a karen.

The morning/day crew is absolutely spectacular!!
The night crew however needs to get it together... We pulled in to order some food and the lady on the other end rudely told us they were closed due to short staff but yet the person in front of us was able to order and there were people inside eating? Also saw employees just hanging out in lobby. Normally they put a sign up on their speaker stating that they will be closing early.
The pace of work may be considered moderate, but we are fortunate to have a team of highly skilled and dedicated individuals who contribute their expertise to our organization.

Crazy to base this all off going through the drive thru but as I got pulled forward to wait I seen the food runner stop before going back inside and hitting a cigarette. I had my 3 year old daughter and wife in the car. How do we trust the fact that he washed his hands before handling our food? We don’t. That’s disgusting and I had my whole order remade completely before even looking in the bag. Management was nice but the bigger guy with long hair should be terminated immediately for failing to have integrity and for not following Michigan’s health guidelines.

The actual slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Doesn’t matter what I ordered, a McDouble, McNuggets, or a happy meal, I get pulled ahead and am waiting 20 minutes for something that should have been ready. Drive thru microphone also is broken so it constantly cuts out, ontop of watching drinks being poured from one cup into another. Needs a change of management, ownership, or just closed down entirely.
