I ordered online a simple breakfast sandwich. Curbside. Waited for a half hour and it never came. I had to go inside and get it and they didn’t even have it ready. they didn’t even offer me anything for having to wait for 30 minutes and grab my own food.

Walking inside makes you feel unwelcomed and not wanted.... I would say no longer a sit down at all..... If i didnt use the Keyosk then i would have not been helped..... very Depressing....

Food was your typical McDonald's and it was hot. I ordered at the counter (because those kiosks are terrible) and someone greeted me right away. I went to the counter to get a refill and no one was there, but after a minute, someone showed up and was quite apologetic.

This location has to be struggling based on the lack of popularity and the strange taste on a few of their menu items. I have a feeling poor management skills could be atop the list. Sometimes I sit in the dining room and enjoy an occasional coffee as I stare at the surrounding woods. As a result I witness plenty of customer/management exchange at their front counter.There is a definite problem with their night manager. I've spent over twenty years training managers and this young lady is severely lacking. Good news is, she's not a total lost cause. Example: A totally irrational customer complains that the McD's app isn't working. He should know better, they have no control over something like that, but it's all company representation, so he feels he can yell at the server. Schmuck!This girl, who appears no older than high school age, pretty much had the situation handled. But, instead of allowing the girl to return with a phone number to corporate, this manager stepped in and all hell broke loose. Clearly causing the escalation. Rather than nicely speaking to the gentleman with a smile and a quick apology, she raised her shoulders and went into attack mode. A very common mistake. All she needed to do was give the customer the number and smile through the BS. In lacking the ability to diffuse the altercation, she actually pushed the customer into further rage. Then she attempted to save face while showing-off to impress her co-workers by kicking the man out of the building. He was starting to place his order when she felt the need to flex muscle. Again, an abuse of power as a result of poor training.In the end, she could have been the hero by filing this man's order and handing him the corporate 800 number.....with a smile. I'm stunned by the insufficient training I see everyday in these places. 01/24

The last time we went there. Girls completely ignored us in their own conversations. Didn't give back change, thenw acted like we were lying or trying to steal back the change they owed us. Horrible customer service, food is cold, and wasted 25 minutes of our life. The change was still wrong after waiting for the manager to count the entire til and was treated poorly.
