I don’t typically review places, but I just feel like some things need to change. First I want to say, the manager who is (or was?) in charge is absolutely wonderful! However, I have a few consistent issues with this location. The first is the cookies are never ever made. Even if they have all the time in the world to prepare them they don’t. Several times I have order cookies through the app and more than 6 times I received a phone call shortly after stating they don’t have chocolate chip cookies left. Today I put my order in and about an hour later came in to pick it up and was told I couldn’t receive any of my 10 cookies because they just went through a “lunch rush” I get it, things can get busy. But they had over an hour to make sure that cookies were prepared and set aside for my order. I have spoken to the manager directly about this prior to this and she told me there is no reason more cookies can’t be made. The staff is just choosing not to cook more. And that if I am ordering ahead I should be able to get my cookies with no issues. The second issue is the app has no way of ordering a large drink with a meal and they do not allow you to pay an up charge for a larger drink. This is no fault to the location more to the app itself but please someone add this option!

I went into subway for lunch at noone on 04/24/2024 2 hours after they've been open they didn't have wheat bread, they didn't have chicken, they didn't have guacamole, they didn't have any cookies made, Noone was friendly, and after all that I had to pay more because the sandwich I get is usually just over 10 dollars but the sandwich I got was over 13 no discount for inconvenience no I'm sorry for inconvenience, the service today was unacceptable and the level of unprofessional unprepared is just wrong if you're gonna be that incompetent close for the day or atleast till you get stuff prepped for customers

What a creepy experience, was served Brynn and CK. Both acted as if we had interrupted their time. CK put pickles on my sub, when I informed her I didn't want them she took them off the meat and cheese and put them back in the tub. They were like poorly coded NPCs from a late 90's

Two young teens working alone were totally overwhelmed. They did their best but were so backed up. There were 7 sandwiches on the board from 3 different customers, total confusion resulting in a long wait. They needed help.
Clean and super friendly and smiling staff. Including adding ideas and helpful when building sandwich. Always quick service. Asset to the community.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of Vegetables to choose from, even as pizza toppings.

Tried to order Subs over the phone but no one picked up. I went in and the phone was ringing and was never picked up. I heard 2 girls talking about some video game movie. When they came to take my order they were super unmanaged They were giggling through the whole order. Had to repeat what I wanted and they still made in wrong despite being in front of me. Very dissatisfied.
