We have ordered from this location for years and mostly loved the pizza and other menu items. Sometimes they would not make it as ordered, but not often. One of the problems we have is that they don’t put enough of some toppings on a pizza but put too much of others. We no longer order anything from them because they don’t deliver their own food anymore and have partnered with DoorDash. What was a $23 plus tip order now cost $47 for a couple of small pizzas and a small salad. We are not about to pay nearly $50 to order pizza. I have a feeling that they will be losing a lot of customers now and won’t be around much longer.

The best delivery experience I’ve had in a while! Evan was friendly and delivered right on time.
Not the fault of the employee, but he was the only one in the kitchen and register today. Despite having tons of orders already placed, a full lobby, AND the phone ringing off the hook, he was extremely kind and patient with customers expressing their impatience.

If you want decent customer service go to the one in oscoda. Food was burnt. Wound up waiting another 10 minutes for part of our order to be remaid because the staff messed up the order and the staff was rude.

Does not matter if we confirm the order over the phone. You either have to wait for a redo, or take what you get. It's rather frustrating. Staff are accommodating, and the pizza hits.
