Chicken pot pies had chunks of chicken with old soggy skin with breading still on them and also some breaded skin mixed in the pie. Def not appealing. Staff are great and all other food has been ok

Rudest woman behind the counter. Receipt says name is Grogu. Older woman with half pink hair. When trying to order she kept rudely cutting us off with a terrible attitude as she was forcefully punching our order into the system. The tone of her voice was clearly stating that the last thing she wanted to do was help us. When done ordering, my husband and I just looked at each other like, what the hell?! It was pretty outrageous and needless to say we will not be returning during our week vacation here.

I went through the drive-through. The person that took my order collected my money and gave me my food was very pleasant and friendly. After ordering, it took me 15 minutes to get home. The food was still warm and delicious.

Service was very slow. They're were several people in line to order. They apparently aren't prepared for the holiday weekend. We waited 10 mins. to order & 25 mins. to get our FAST food. Then the cashier was talking to the customers about she was called in on her day off and wasn't really happy about it.

Every time we think of KFC for dinner you change your prices. We used to get a 8 pc bucket for $20…then it was 6pc for $20 now it’s 4 pc for $20. Just called Neimans and they have a dinner for $8.49. Sounds like a way better deal!!
It's looks like very extra-super clean and shiny and spotless and safe restrooms for using washing hands with 🧼.

I have been in east tawas for work multiple times in the past few weeks and found myself very impressed with this KFC/LJS. The food was as good as you can get from a fast food restaurant and the cashier I had both times was Jen B and she was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Maybe I'm just used to living in Saginaw and having the people at fast food places be rude and hate their jobs but she was great! Give her a raise!!!
