I went through the drive-through. The person that took my order collected my money and gave me my food was very pleasant and friendly.
After ordering, it took me 15 minutes to get home. The food was still warm and delicious.

Service was very slow. They're were several people in line to order. They apparently aren't prepared for the holiday weekend. We waited 10 mins. to order & 25 mins. to get our FAST food. Then the cashier was talking to the customers about she was called in on her day off and wasn't really happy about it.

I have been in east tawas for work multiple times in the past few weeks and found myself very impressed with this KFC/LJS. The food was as good as you can get from a fast food restaurant and the cashier I had both times was Jen B and she was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Maybe I'm just used to living in Saginaw and having the people at fast food places be rude and hate their jobs but she was great! Give her a raise!!!
