Called at 545 to order was on hold for 29 minutes before I hung up and ordered elsewhere! If they can’t take an order over the phone I sure don’t want them cooking my food! Can’t rate their service at all! It’s just bad! Then tried calling back their phone was busy for over an hour!

Did a online order.Usually a good place to get a quick pizza from. They overloaded the pizza with pepperoni we didn't order and it was so greasy the box was folding.We ate one piece and threw it away.Disappointed.

What happened? We used to order online and pickup in the drive thru once a week or so. It was always perfect and super easy. For the past few weeks, online ordering is totally gone and they will not answer the phone to call in an order. Is it shutting down?? There’s no way to order anymore.

This is a great place with great customer service but the lobby being closed, sometimes the whole place closed, makes for not being able to plan. Then there's no place indoors or out to sit and eat and also this is the first one that don't serve silverware or paper plates brings my rating down. Sorry ?

This place never answers the phone so you have to drive there and then wait 20 mins to get your food. Then when you get there and tell them that no one answered when you tried to call in your order the guy with the blondish red hair says that he was busy but was clearly busy chatting it up. If it had happened once or twice it would be understandable but it’s been about 7 or 8 times. What happened to hot and ready? We should be able to pull up and grab a pizza, not order and wait.
