So sad this place closes at 6pm on the weekends when other Pronto Pups, like Grand Haven, stay open until 10pm ... And this place has great water views, great places to sit and eat by the water with lots of foot traffic at the time of this writing at 7:30pm. Their prices for the Pronto Pub are very high relative to other Pronto Pups at $1.75 vs this pronto pup at $3.49... Hmmmm

Best, blackberry lavender lemonade ever!!! And that's not even the star. Pronto pups are the best. Everything we've had is delicious. It's the perfect beach treat!

We always visit Pronto Pups when we are in Tawas. Love the food, service and atmosphere. They have picnic tables and corn hole boards for your use.
The people working are so nice and remember us from previous visits. Keep up the great job and we will see you again.

Amazing! We have stopped here every year with the kids to grab our favorites ❤️ Than on a whim I messaged for 20 bags of freeze dried candy and she got it done and it was a hit! Now I am a forever customer and fan 🤤🤤🤤 you will never be disappointed if you come here THE BEST

Very similar to the one in Grand Haven Michigan, though they serve other variations of the corn dog, not just the original plus other menu items that are unique. Their batter tastes the same but is a little thicker than their franchise brothers version. I like it thin and crispy. Nice location right in the marina park and campground on Lake Huron in Tawas City.

Parking: It is located in a busy area on the bay near a campground and park. We came in on our bikes so not an issue.

Kid-friendliness: Picnic tables available from the takeout only stand.
