Such A perfect little cozy spot to enjoy numerous different drinks. They have a very extensive menu, which includes coffees, teas, bubble teas, and even a great lunch menu. They have been my go to place for years and that will never change! Definitely check them out.

A must stop every time we’re in town! We only ever go for the bubble tea and it’s so fun to mix and match & try new flavors!

I have been visiting this phenomenal shop since I was about 10 years old, and with 30 approaching, I’m so glad to see this place still exists! The selection of options for bubble tea is superb, with more flavors every time I visit! Their hot teas are also fantastic, with something for everyone!

Dietary restrictions: They have great options for allergies!

Very very rude. My partner ordered a large drink (and tipped), took one sip, and did not like it, said it tasted very watered down. They asked if it could be remade in a SMALLER SIZE without bubbles and were told they'd have to pay full price for both drinks, no apologies given. Extremely rude, the drink was awful tasting as well. Will not return.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Stopped in yesterday and there was a young lady working. She was rude and not welcoming at all. Ordered a cherry latte which she made in less than 2 minutes. The latte tasted burnt and was seriously inedible. I brought this to the employees attention and asked if I could just have a regular coffee or my money back. She refused to do this! She claimed this was the rules from management. I have never in my entire life heard of a business policy like this. Before writing this review, I reached out via email to manager to give them another chance to make this right. The manager still did not offer a new coffee or my money back! I'm shocked and will be spreading word around town about my horrible experience.

I have really good memories going here with my grandma. The staff are super nice and there are always a ton of seats inside in case you need to cool off. This time, I thought the bubble tea could have used just a pump more of syrup, but that’s now an upcharge. The lychee bubbles I got were spot on in flavoring, though

The food and tea was fantastic. Even though we ate in, we felt we should have taken it somewhere else. There are no bathrooms! Even for customers. Didn't feel very welcome. The Big Pig sandwich was amazing.

My daughter who is 13 went in there to get a drink Saturday. She had a $20 bill her drink was $5 and some change. They have her $4 back. I call up there because I was at work and she was embarrassed about it because she is young. I got told I have to wait tell the owner (Tessa) counts the drawer in the morning. So I call today talk with someone on the phone they called the owner and the owner said I had to have a receipt ( well the don’t give receipt out. Only upon request) I would say her being there when I called should have been enough of a receipt. To me she is try to take advantage of you kids. But wait that’s not it I get the owner (Tessa) to call me. I explained all of this. She then offers to give the $10 back but ONLY if my 13 year old comes in Thursday at 11am. This is a school day I explain this to her. She said that’s the only way. I said She has school she can’t be there at 11am. She said that’s the only time she will be there. I said, So the only way my 13 year old can get the $10 back is if she misses school. She said yes because she wants to apologize to her in person and she didn’t care that she had to be in school. So Tessa can keep the $10 because my kid’s education is more important than $10. Tessa must not have any kids because No parent would say that a child has to come in at 11am on school day to get $10. I guess she should also stop using the school child to run her business since education is such an inconvenience for her.Very disappointing in a business that is in Tawas. We are supposed to be Tawas proud and support each other.
