I just came by to see if your ribs had improved since the ribs I purchased on New Years for the Super Bowl. I swore I was done with you then because the ribs were awful!!! None of my guests were pleased. I was embarrassed after bragging on them. Well yesterday I said I'd give it one more try and just got the ribs tips. The 1st 2 visits, the ribs was awesome. The next 4 times the ribs were so tough I couldn't bite them, wasted $$, Consistently is the key Mr. Ken, and please check the cashiers attitude, she was always rude and just don't seem to really want to be there. They counted an extremely tiny wing as 1. Please stop do n that! The public makes you, so please step your game back up.
