I would’ve gave 10 out of 10. But most of my tips was burned . The ones that wasn’t was very good. Barbecue sauce was good also.

I stopped by Friday December 12th between 1 and 230. I order a half slab with bake beans for my dinner break at work this evening. When I open my styrofoam container , the ribs that I bought , was dry and buried as if they were left under the warming light for several hours. The ribs were so dry and hard. I couldn't eat them. I end up throwing them away. I worked the rest of the shift last night without dinner.. Saturday, which is today? I try calling to let them know. My call keeps going to voicemail. I did not leave a message I'm very upset about this situation. The first time I been there. So this is my first impression, which is not a good impression.

The food is really good. We often stop in for a carry out. There have been a couple times we had DoorDash delivery and both times something was left out of the order and both times we called to report the error and the person answering the phone was extremely rude.

I just left big Ken’s. The food is amazing but the staff is very unprofessional. Instead of having any professionalism about taking orders they come out and stare at you. They acknowledge and serve specific customers. I feel like if they were to hire people outside of their knowing, the business would be bigger than what it is. Like I said, the food is amazing I just had better customer service at a lemonade stand ran by a child.

Ordered a half slab of Ribs and the ribs ends was burnt and dried out (over cooked). The sauce is very tasty and I wasn't very pleased with this order. Would have took it back but live to far to return. The corn bowl was indescribable to taste but not sure what it was?

Takeout spot with counter seating available. I tried the pulled pork sandwich 👎🏾 lack of seasoning. The potato salad was delicious 👍🏾 but was less 1/4 cup in a 1/2 cup container👎🏾. The Mexican corn was only available in a bowl but was delicious 👍🏾. Probably will give them another try but they do need to fill up containers for the sides.

Sorry to say but was highly disappointed at this place I bought RibTips and they were not smoked and was very rubbery in texture The BBQ sauce I'll give a 6 out of 10 The service was great but can be misleading as smoke screen
The ribs are very good!!!You won't be disappointed. They are only opened 3 days a week. Wednesday, Friday & Sunday. It's usually crowded but the line moves quickly.
