I drive by daily and thought I would try it . I got 2 boxes on the 2 good to go app . I waited around 20 min . I don’t know what they gave me but it went strait in the trash . Not sure how you get customers this way . Only 1 item in the box and it didn’t resemble food that I know .

Well I definitely had the experience of Big Ken's bbq. Food not bad. The wait is horrible 2 to 3 hours. Well today I found out with my own eyes and ears why the wait is so long. Family and friends are told to come through the side or back and get they food before the customers get there's. That is horrible for business. Family and friends should not come before your paying customer's. Please go watch for yourself. Will never go this restaurant again after seeing this today.

The Wednesday wing special is awesome! The Mexicoen Street Corn was great. We will be back to try some more things. Pack your patience on Wednesday. It is pretty busy but worth the wait.

Be prepared to wait over an hour, no matter what day of the week & that’s for call in orders, door dash/uber eats & at store orders. Staff is just overwhelmed, so they’re a little impolite. Chicken wings are fire! Rib tips are mid, inconsistent texture some are super juicy other overcooked and dry. But that bbq sauce they use is very delicious. Lemonades are also mid. If you go just stick to the wings! And seriously be prepared to wait lol

The food at Big Ken’s Barbecue was good, but the service and atmosphere completely ruined the experience. The staff was very unprofessional and unorganized. The girls at the front were popping gum loudly right in front of customers, and I wasn’t acknowledged at all when I came in. It felt like no one cared about the customer experience. The place definitely needs new cashiers and better management. I won’t be back.

Wings are amazing. I don’t recommend going on wing Wednesday, the wait is pretty long. I’d rather pay full price and not deal with the wait. The smell of fresh bbq walking up and driving by is luring! I actually pulls a U turn because of the wonderful smell!

I ride by this place everyday and the food that’s being smoked smells great! The place is on jam all the time and I finally decided to try it out. That was a mistake. I ordered chicken wings and chicken nachos. The wings had so much sauce it was spilling out the container. The chicken was actually dry and was not seasoned at all. The sauce tastes like open pit barbecue sauce. The chicken nachos also had the bbq sauce which over powered everything else. I have to say the peach lemonade is great.
I would recommend cutting back on the sauce and actually seasoning the meat.
