Very unprofessional short on staff, they didnt cancel my uber irder for iver 5 different drivers, they took my money, horrible experience it just happened i have text from driver stating he did not oick up food due to them being closed! I want a refund why am i being penalized for some one else not doing their jobs?

I waited in the drive thru line with only 2 cars in front of of me, I order on the app I waited over 45 mins to get my order because when you go thru drive thru line you can not pull back. If you don’t not have time to wait (30+) mins DONT GO.

I asked for no tomatoes which I am allergic to, and fresh off the boiler, and my whopper with cheese had 2 pieces of tomatoes on it, and my burger was not fresh off the boiler!! And on top of that I’m on my way to work, with no time to even come back at this particular time!!!😡😡😡

The lady who was working at the drive through was very rude. Her demeanor was unpleasant. She rolled her eyes at me because I followed the vehicle in front of me. She was counting down the register at that time. It’s not good business to count money in front of customers. Her cash drawer should have been completed before she started taking orders rather than giving customers dirty looks.

I just left this Burger King at Gratiot & 8 mile. I refused to give me a receipt for my $28+ order. Charged me for cheese that wasn’t on my burger, I was scared to take it back for fear they might do something to my burger. I tried calling but the phone rings then goes to a busy sound. I’m going to make my own homemade whopper at home from now on.
