The food was good and came to our table pretty fast. I ordered the sirloin steak with mushrooms, onions and gravy with a side of corn, garden salad and a baked potato. What impressed me the most though was how attentive and comforting all the staff were. It felt like one of those wayward down home diners where they say "Kiss my grits" as a term of endearment and they actually know all their regular customers by name. This diner is a must visit for those who are interested in a relaxing place to, where not only is the food good but is plentiful. During every visit, the service has been pleasant and at times even playful, creating a friendlier atmosphere. Their breakfast, lunches, and dinner options have all been superior to my areas coney islands, and I do not feel as if I am being overcharged with the amount of food I receive.
