I ordered 50 wings for an event for my child that has a seafood allergy. Just to have spent over $60 for a pan of chicken the smell and taste just like FISH! When I called to complain with the manager he told me that everybody fry chicken in fish grease. I let him know that I ordered from them before and didn’t have this problem. He then told me they had a busy day so they couldn’t change the grease! VERY un apologetic as if it was my fault! NEVER VISITING THE LOCATION AGAIN!!!

I always come here. I usually order a three piece catfish dinner and a poung of large shrimp. This time, instead of receiving three pieces of catfish. I received one catfish filet sliced into three pieces. I was disturbed by this event.

Ist time here order 15 catfish,40 whitening fish for our family brunch & it was Definitely a hit so Thank you the service, customers also was polite

I tried to order some fried mushrooms and the guy told me they were closed. I got there at 7:35 and they closed at 8pm. Horrible. I will never go here ever again.

I live over an hour away from this location, I stopped in as per usual to get dinner for tonight. This time I ordered a 4 piece mixed chicken and I received 2 legs and 2 thighs. When I called to inform the restaurant of its mistake I was asked by RENO if I told the guys working that I wanted all 4 pieces of chicken mixed? WHATTTTTTTT!! and then told that I needed to bring back the incorrect order, in order to receive what I actually paid for. That will not work for me, hopefully the owner is better at fixing mistakes.

Just ok. Soggy shrimp. Chicken strips had good flavored breading but were chewy AF. Was told 15-20 mins was actually 40 mins. Not going back.
