Terrible experience I will never order from this location ever again do to my burger not being made right looked like a loose burger and was not made with any care or love in the world and it’s pricey so I expected better service I would not recommend this location at all waste of my money 😡

9 & Gratiot has gotta be the worst restaurant in the franchise. It was kinda strange because there was no one in line in front of me and there were only three or four other people in the restaurant. When I got it, the cheese was cold, the burger wasn't warm and it tasted dried out. How is it you don't serve a FRESH burger when the place isn't busy?? Also, there's no napkins anywhere to be found and they didn't put any in the bag so I felt (kinda) bad because I had to just left a mess on the table and leave.

Too greasy for me.. I tried a second time 3 years later and still too greasy. Fries were cold and burnt looking. On top of that... The order was wrong, and the food was overpriced. I T tried a 3rd time on 8-14-25 and the food was perfect 👌... Not greasy and fries were good . My only problem was that none of the employees were waring hair nets while cooking the food. The guy handling the fries had a affro sticking out of all sides of his hat and the guy on the grill had long braids. I know that is a violation....

Exact cash or card on a Tuesday at noon is crazy!!! Then have an attitude when I told them I'll sell them change. I use to come here alot. Now I'm done. If you can't accept my cash, I'm definitely not giving you my card.

The burgers are terrible they don’t have have any seasoning on them so if you do get a burger from there make sure you at least get a little salt and pepper so you can taste your food and oh make sure your food is right I asked for a just a regular hamburger with peppers and onions and I ended up getting a double which I DID NOT WANT no wonder the price was freaking high
