You know, I don't know how anyone can complain about this Five Guys location. I order lunch daily for our a large group. We order about once a month from Five Guys. I wasn't able to order online for the time needed with the regular location and ordered from Eastpointe which is a longer drive for us. The restaurant was immaculate, the order ready, fries hot and burgers delicious. Today was my third time going to the Eastpointe location due to their great service and timeliness.

I got acknowledged when I came in (which doesn't always happen at other establishments) they took my order promptly, and most importantly got me my delicious food promptly. We need to hold places like this that get the fundamentals right in higher regard.

I tried to place a pickup order over the phone and the line was apparently closed before the actually time it closes for pickup phone orders, i order this way all the time and find that this is a common thing at this location. Very disappointed.
