Cake was good and how I wanted it but it was absolutely no communication I sent multiple texts about how I wanted the cake at least 3 people from the bakery asked me about payments that were already made and how to make the cake , I came in gave my order to a lady wasn’t aware of a deposit so I guess that’s why my order wasn’t set in stone but just a whole lot of saying my order over and over again, if they had just a lick of communication they’ll be a 10/10

I just moved to the area... was looking for new bakery and come across this place on Google Maps... i wanted a slice of carmel cake and they did not have so i opted for donuts let's just say my donuts were not fresh and tasted as if they were baked 2 days ago... i should've just gone to Kroger or Coney Island for the carmel cake because i wasted money on something we ended up tossing

Every time I go in their the lady at the counter messes up the order sometimes I catch her sometimes I don't notice until I get home she just don't want to be there to bad back to the east Detroit bakery they never make mistakes

I have to say we have ordered cakes many times and loved them all,until I went sat and bought a carrot cake for easter,it wasn't cream cheese frosting,which I was ok with,until we tasted it,it was not good at all,and the inside frosting,had a weird texture,it was gummy,I could like stretch it,it was just weird..may not order from them again.

Food was good but the person who Rang me up was quite rude because it was close to closing time. I can’t remember if she was the owner either way I’m huge on customer service and her customer service skills were very poor! Probably won’t return because the dessert was only ok and her customer was poor.
