Every time I go in their the lady at the counter messes up the order sometimes I catch her sometimes I don't notice until I get home she just don't want to be there to bad back to the east Detroit bakery they never make mistakes

I have to say we have ordered cakes many times and loved them all,until I went sat and bought a carrot cake for easter,it wasn't cream cheese frosting,which I was ok with,until we tasted it,it was not good at all,and the inside frosting,had a weird texture,it was gummy,I could like stretch it,it was just weird..may not order from them again.

Food was good but the person who Rang me up was quite rude because it was close to closing time. I can’t remember if she was the owner either way I’m huge on customer service and her customer service skills were very poor! Probably won’t return because the dessert was only ok and her customer was poor.

We can’t thank you enough for the amazing work on my niece’s Birthday cake. we couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out, My niece said she wants to taste the cake but its to beautiful to cut and she didn’t want to cut the cake.. you have made us a cake for last 8 years and everyone of them have been beautiful and delicious.. What the hell! My mom ordered me a Halloween themed cake. A worker said, “Ma’am it’s July” Thank you, we are aware what month it is. We were taught this in Kindergarten. She then said she didn’t know if she had the right colors for frosting. My mom then suggested using, purple orange and green.
This cake was made with zero effort, and it’s so obvious. There’s absolutely nothing that screams HALLOWEEN! No pumpkins, no bats, no ghosts. Maybe next time google simple Halloween cakes, because I found 12 that look WAY BETTER THEN THIS. Zero stars ! Do better !
