I'm really disappointed in this location, which use to be my favorite. Tonight I ordered three pizza well done but they were burnt. The young man said I can make them over but it will be a twenty minute wait, I said fine I'll wait. I come back to get my order do you know they had the audacity to take the cheese off the one side that was extremely burnt and top it with parmesan cheese. I will not be back the service is only good when Danielle is there other than that they serve you anything. This is my last visit.

whoever delivered on 08/6/25 around 12:30pm and stood at my front door and pressed my grandmother for a TIP when you're making hourly should be ashamed of yourself. not everyone can afford to tip especially for a 2 minute drive, not to mention we usually do tip but circumstances are different currently. with that being said highly inappropriate and unprofessional.

Update: The store manager is extremely rude and I will no longer return my business here. Update: Got a response from upper management finally and greatly appreciate that they got ahold of me and explained how it might have happened and furthermore replaced my order. It took a little more time than I would have liked, but great save by them.
They served me plastic in my food 12/23/24 I've reported it to the store, to corporate, and now to MDARD. It is very serious that I could have choked on or consumed this foreign object in my food. Nobody has actually resolved my case so I'm leaving this review as a warning to future patrons that this restaurant does not practice safe/healthy standards for our hard-earned meals and they don't care about hurting anybody as long as they got their $.
