I specifically ordered pick up to avoid delivery fee and tip. They automatically charged me a 20% tip when I ordered online 45 minutes ahead of time and my order being a half hour late. What a joke

Completely rude service ordered online was told 20 minutes got to the location was told it wasn't done and couldn't tell me how long it would be ,food is good but this location is garbage anymore I've ate keys for 20 years time to move on to a place that values their customers

Always order from Jets Pizza very seldom have a problem but when I do, they take care of me order wings mild & sweet red chili get home one Doesn’t have any sauce on it and they put the sauce on the side..pizza is cold find out before I left. The pizza was sitting in the window for who knows how long before they told me it was ready. I called back. Tell them the problem. there’s nothing they can do for me…. It’ll be the last time I go to that Jets but going there for 10 years spending an average of $50-$60 each time..almost weekly..Maybe I should’ve tossed the wings and the sauce myself and threw them in the oven for five minutes cause that’s my job. And I could’ve put the pizza in the oven with it.. 🤯

First time trying this location. Pizza was crisp, hot & delicious. Jets bread was so good we devoured it before photos. Great job guys & thanks for dinner.
