I went in today ordered 3 happy meals and 4 double cheese burgers. Paid 29.71 when they call me for my food they tried to give me ine happy meal that had been soaking in whatever was spilled all over the counter when you lifted the box it fell apart and 2 cheese burgers . When I asked where the rest of my food was told me thats all im getting and walked away. I had to ask 3 times for some help and was ignored when I loudly said excuse me to get someone's attention I asked how does one happy meal and 2 cheese burgers come to almost $30 short white guy gonna ask me why im yelling . Excuse me for having to talk loud to get your attention after I was ignored over n over but wheres the rest if my order and as for the meal sitting on the counter soaking wet im not accepting that. He then told me he was just going to refund my order and I could leave because he didnt appreciate being talked to like that. Im sorry you dont like to be questioned on where good is I ordered after your staff told me I was not getting anything else and told im not feeding soaking wet slop to my child. No never again will I go there. Worst experience ever

DO NOT PULL AWAY FROM THE WINDOW WITHOUT YOUR FOOD. THEY WILL LEAVE YOU SITTING FOR 20-30 MINUTES IN THE QUE. This place is awful. I left without my food, i couldn't keep waiting.

Just horrible! I work near this location and I’ve been here four times already and they just can’t get it right. They give you what they want to give you and not what you ask for. If I ask for fresh fish and fries, why not give me what I’m paying for?? Never again.

Workers were very rude, ice machine broken for days, play place was dirty and stunk, and in the app we waited for our food to be served because in the app it said it would be brought to us and they we just went up there and said we didn't because we are busy. Overall terrible experience, also there was a worker on something as well around kids.
Manager in morning. He is very rude . He slammed the glass door in my face because I asked for a refund because they had no syrup or hotcakes for my order. Why don't they tell us before we pay

Last time I came here food was undercooked play area is filthy they don’t clean it an i would appreciate if they would cook the burgers all the way through no pink cause don’t no one want food poisoning an us parents got busy life’s with working an keeping our kids fed an sports we don’t always have time to cook but if I’m paying for a meal I expect it to be cooked properly
