Ok, you know what? My wife and I stopped in at 6pm on Aug 6th, 2025. My 4 patty burger was missing a patty. So a mistake was made but I will post here to let others know how it was handled.
Perfectly! The manager was polite, as was a very sincere woman and man behind the counter processing orders. It was corrected fast and everyone smiled and were very professional! In addition, our order quality was AAA+++ Hamburgers were prepared from the grill very juicy and hot!
We ordered a 4 patty Quarter Pounder for me, Medium fries and a Big Mac for my wife. Coke and strawberry shake. Everything was delicious!!! Fresh and cooked properly. Our money was well spent here, no regrets:)
The table was clean, the aisles were clean. I did not use the restrooms, nor the drive through, so I cannot speak on those areas.
We were very glad the manager and staff were able to recover an error quickly without any further issues or attitude like I have had elsewhere in the fast food world:(
I reccomend this McDonalds location for quality, service and cleanliness:)

Wow these reviews are absolutely awful. But it makes sense as to why a murder was committed there. Very sad situation. This place should be shut down my prayers goes out to the manager six children that she left behind

Zero stars would not recommend. Terrible service. Associates that are on the clock were cussing and yelling with the manager at the front registers. It was so uncomfortable to see moms in the lobby with their young children looking and listening. Orders always have missing and wrong items. Just start over or throw the whole location away.

I usually don’t have problem with this location. Food was running low. I ordered a med Carmel frap, fill up half way. But what really bothered was that it was okay to have Rowdy teenagers in the play around. Saying awful language around little ones. Play fighting in there. There was an altercation with an adult and one of the teenage in the lobby. Not one worker decided to step in besides one. The man was gonna throw a chair at the teenager. They finally kicked out the teenagers. No manger in sight Place isn’t safe to dine in
Average. Sometimes they only have Sprite. No whipped cream for frappes other times. No hot mustard once for nuggets. Systems were down once they refused to bust out a calculator & add up tax on a 6$ online value meal. (Just went down the street, they were happy to have the business).
Nuggets are always delicious, fries are usually pretty good.
From what I’ve gathered, it sounds like management may need to figure out ordering & the customer’s experience would improve immensely.

First of all the app wouldn't work at their location so had to order at drive thru when I got the order. Food was missing items (no cheese on big Mac for example) pop had no ice at all no cup holders for the 5 drinks with my order

They are terrible they are selling raw hamburger I’m 7 months pregnant and not into a raw burger they are going to kill somebody I need to see who I can speak to they don’t answer the phone I am pissed

Went up there and ordered my food female order was laughing was not professional seemed like the head person was immature grown-up agreeing with all the kids not good business and by the way, I was an army cook 92golf unacceptable experience. Nobody should be made fun of going through a drive-through.
