Food was great but it just felt like someone in back was only firing breadsticks to order and only allowed one per person every 15 mins. I came for that pasta fagioli & breadsticks, please don’t nickel & dime me. :) 🥖

Meatballs were delicious, Service was ok. Quiet night, felt like employees were having a ball, me on other hand, I was thirsty & was ready to go pour myself a water after 10-15 minutes of sitting there.

I could have just been hangry but I feel staff could be a little more attentive to the guest.

Dropped another star & removed this location from my bookmarks. We were sat in an empty bar tonight 1/6 at 6pm, only to be left there for 10 mins with no greeting. No nothing. We just calmly got up & left. Last visit to this location.

Hospitality is an art. Management should figure it out. Also worth mentioning, the young lady walking through the dining picking food out of your teeth, you are part of the reason we left. If that’s what you do when we can see you, what else do you do?

Every time I eat at this location, I swear it will be the last time, but today is the last time for sure. Every single time I eat here, they screw up something with my food. Literally, every single time. Our waiter wasn’t horrible, but he was new and we had to ask for things repeatedly before we got them. When I told him that part of my meal was inedible he was basically like “yeah sorry“ and then did nothing about it. And yes, I probably should have asked for a manager before I paid the bill, but I didn’t appreciate having to pay for food that I literally couldn’t eat.

What a freakin joke stoppes in to just get a salad and breadsticks to go 43 min wait which woulda been fine but the young man took order asked a women to just grab a salad and bread since its already made so my son wouldnt have to wait and she said no informed us wed have to wait 43 mins for a to go salad and bread!! That she doesnt rush anyones order! From what i picked up is she was just lazy and didnt wanna do it i mean its bread that yall dish out like crazy throught the day 43 mins!! Mind u it wasnt busy there was not 1 person waiting to be seated or anything!

It’s turned such a great leaf. I remember receiving horrible service the last time I went. Now in the past 2 years so much better each time !!!

Went last night and had one of the best experiences ever at an Olive Garden. Nya was our server and without a doubt the best we’ve ever had there. Food was great and we were able to take home another for 6.00. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Took 30 mins to get services, ask for extra Napkins, did get them. Finally got our soup 20 min later. Than food did not come to 33 mins after. Food Steak was cold, fettuccine was stiff and cold, chicken Parmesan was overly cooking and cold. Total time for food was over a hour. Had to send all food back l. & then had the nerve to charge $26.00 for 2 bowls of Soup and 2 drinks!!! Unprofessional Service. And Manger was very unkind no type of understanding that the service and the food was not right a the length of time we had to wait to get serve. Unbelievable but lesson learn.

My server named Chris as well was beyond exceptional. Great customer service, better than last time I was there. Asked him what days he worked, just wednesday lunch and sometimes monday lunch. Highly recommend asking for him.

i was just in there about 10 mins ago and the service was awful it was us one 4 top and another 2 top and our server gave the 4 top better service than her other two tables combined we never got breadsticks, cheese, or refills and we even received our salad and soup at the same time as our entree and never got checked on not once not to mention her language and demeanor was unprofessional
