The lady that was working the night shift does not need to be answering the phone or working the front counter, she was extremely rude from the moment I ordered the food over the phone and she was also rude when I arrived to pick my food up. If you're a person that values customer service and decency I strongly advise not to go there at night.

The food is good but the worst customer service!!! I asked the woman at the counter what was the difference between sesame chicken and general tsos and she said it's basically the same. Then tapped her finger on the pictures of the meals and walked away. The customer started explaining the difference and she literally said Oh my God. There wasn't anyone in there but myself and the other customer. I wasn't holding up a line. The problem was she was busy on her phone. She's ALWAYS on her phone. She doesn't even look up at you. I didn't order anything I left and I will never go back. I ordered from them once a week.

So I went and tried them for the first time and seen they had seafood boils when I walk in the place was so dry empty like the food is unsatisfying as it was the sausages, eggs, crabs shrimps everything was nasty and cold they didn’t give a refund the lady had the Audacity to right out no refunds and say I’m not giving you one call the police nothing was done

This place use to serve good food and the Father seem to take pride in cooking it, but the last couple of times I've been DISAPPOINTED. This time the food was not fresh and had NO TASTE, if I wasn't tired after working, picking up this food and going home to shower and end up with a disgusting meal??I WOULD HAVE TAKEN IT RIGHT BACK!!! Needless to say I am no longer a customer of Panda....period.
