Papa Romano's Pizza & Mr. Pita

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Beyond mad at whoever is running this location. Placed a $50.00 order online and a family member went to pick it up only to be told by the one man working there that there wasn’t an order under my name. He ended up finding it on the printer so they had to wait even longer. I received a small square with no flavored crust when it clearly states round. The dough was thin and raw, the cheese wasn’t cooked through. The lettuce in the salad was brown and the breadsticks and other pizza were poorly cooked as well. I called back today, August 19th 2025 at 6:59 pm and told whoever answered the phone that my order was wrong and the only thing he said was what do you want, I said I wanted credit because I wasn’t coming back over there and he hung up on me. I called back and he didn’t answer. I’ll be heading over there tomorrow to talk to someone face to face because how dare you treat a customer like that. And they weren’t even busy so there’s absolutely no excuse at all.

So I seen the Mr Pita And got excited to try it So I slide through. I order the Greek Boy. I received no beets and no feta no olive. No joking I had one slice of if lunch meat. This pita consisted of lettuce and Italian dressing. Again, another fast food restaurant violates me. I mean if took five bucks out there register I would be arrested. Why can they do it me. Pathetic!

Very rude bad service and food

This place literally only had 1 person working, they do a good job trying too keep up, But the pizza was very mid, Cheese not melted all the way, not super hot either. With one person working a big chain pizza place every time I questioned how the dishes and other food safety things get done on a regular, will be my last time going too this location

Ordered 2 pizzas received 1 pizza called papa Ramon’s they said it’s not their problem and that the delivery guy picked up 2 pizzas and to call their 3rd party delivery company. Gentleman at the store was extremely rude and not helpful at all, we did nothing wrong but order pizzas from this establishment including tip and expected to receive what we ordered. There’s obviously a reason their reviews are so low at this establishment. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your pizza.

Didn’t get the food I ordered. Ordered a large square meat lovers and bambino bread. Got a round meat lovers and bread sticks. I should have read the reviews before ordering.

This location makes the best pizza around, especially the four corners.

Got large round pizza and asked for extra sauce on it as we do for all pizza orders, any where go. Got it home and found no extra sauce on it. Sauce was nowhere near the crust. It S U CK E D. We have not had their pizza in a few years and will be much, much longer if ever again, simple request & fail. Did I mention that it really S U C K E D.

They really need to get their hours together. Went there 2 nights ago at 8pm and they were closed early. Google says they close at 9. Their physical door says 8:30. Went again tonight, got in at 7:50, a young girl with attitude told me "we DO CLOSE in 10 minutes" which was a nice way of telling me to gtfo. So i did. Checked the door hours on my way out and it said they close at 8:30. Again, google says 9.

Why do you have 1 person working. I applaud the young lady she did great for being by herself! Y'all should be ashamed and they need to hire more folks. Food was good, hot and fresh. The 2 stars is for having 1 person working.
