Ordered through the Popeyes App directly for a delivery of $78.47 worth of food. Delivery driver arrives and says “Did the store call you? They said they didn’t have the $17 meal you ordered and they’d refund you.” So I call the store. “We don’t issue refunds here.” Is what I’m told. “So what are you going to do to rectify the missing food?”Manager says “Nothing you have to go through the app you used.” My response. “I used the Popeyes App. How is that NOT YOU, the POPEYES restaurant?” Again refusing to help told me I could call the police should I feel the need.The red flag should have been my credit card company who called me asking if it was fraud. DO NOT order from this Popeyes they should be closed.
This Location should be Closed down!! Management and Employees are not keeping this place up, Customer Service and Cleanliness is Horrible!!

I went through the drive-through. The young lady had attitude. I spent $34.00 and didn't receive a receipt, utensils, or napkins. Chicken sauce ran all through my bag. I pulled into the parking area and went inside to get more attitude from the manager. All I wanted was acknowledgment of a mistake and something I read on the speaker. If you don't receive a receipt, you will receive something for free. The manager young laughed and said, "Oh, that's old. In other words, you only get a receipt and your missing utensils, that's it. I told them you don't have to worry about me patronizing this establishment again. They need to take that sign down if they're not going to acknowledge it. It's deceiving. ??
