Soo this evening apx 8pm my daughter and I ended up at this subway location because I didn’t know how to use the drive thru menu at the Warren location and the inside was closed. I was beyond pleased with the service and the quality of the food here. The two gentlemen working were amazing, great customer service skills!! The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh. Great job!

It’s either a hit or a miss
I order from this subway at least 4 times a month it’s close to my job so of course I order online and pick it up myself. Today I order something simple a BLT double bacon extra tomato and lett And mayo the only this I got extra of was the mayo and that was supposed to be regular I know how much comes on the regular on sandwich why did my sandwich consist of only 4 pieces of bacon when I clearly ordered double I am very disappointed

My husband and I went to this location. While in there the woman cut the bread adding the meat never changed her gloves in-between customers. When we went down by the veggies the lettuce was brown and the tomatoes were mushing looking. The man at the register was wearing a pair of gloves handling money, making subs, grabbing cookies, touching the microwave, and filling soup bowls, while wearing the same gloves. When I asked him if this was a health code violation he said yes so sorry. After handling our money he left his gloves on and continued making another sandwich. How gross!!!!! I ended up throwing my food out. Not to forget we ordered soup he got it out of the warmer and had to heat it up in the microwave. What's the chances that some crazy bacteria wasn't in my soup. Hey this is the way it's done East pointe Michigan!!!! Dine or get it Sub way fresh at this location!!!!!!! As a bonus they will serve you with the remnants of the previous sandwich!!!! Hope you don't have a good allergy.

Door is always locked hours before listed closing. It’s so unprofessional to have hours listed and not abide by them! I ordered on doordash as well for pickup and the door was locked, I’m still awaiting my refund ?

Wow Subway Second time I ordered Philly Steak and Cheese and I Get Mostly BUN! You Jack Up the Prices I should get Steak Just Sickening Never Again!!! I added a Tip for the worker only to find out they don't get that Tip Subway Does you should be Ashamed Subway ?I tried to add a picture of my sub this app doesn't support it Touch and hold a clip to pin it. Unpinned clips will be deleted after 1 hour.

I never got greeting. Only one person was ahead of me. Two ppl were working but only only was making sandwiches. Barely raised her voice over a whisper telling me my total. Gave me a balled up dollar back. Oh and Ofcourse I didn’t get a have a nice day either. THEE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRRRRRR!!!!
