The staff isn’t trained to give refunds so they can steal your money. I received food that was unacceptable and improperly made so I requested a refund. I was told by the leader that he was never trained to perform a refund because even though he’d asked repeatedly his supervisor won’t train him. But here is the bigger problem this supervisor is only is the building in the morning. So am I to miss work and be inconvenienced further to get my refund.
