Im so sick of rude customer service especially in this time when you are asked to tip for EVERYTHING. I called for a carryout today and the girl was so rude right off the bat. I canceled my order. If my business is an inconvenience to your establishment I will take it elsewhere. Thank you not sugarbush

Everything was great, food and service. Pretty much Sugarbush, just a different name.ribs are still great, but the last two times I got the perch is was overcooked, very tough. Ended up throwing it out. Disappointed.

We sat at the bar. Service was quick and friendly. The cook would come out and chat. You could tell there were regulars. The food was great, awesome portion, and i appreciate that they give you XL sauces lol. Love it. Definitely coming back!

Every single time I order a carry out something is missing usually the salad or soup that comes with the dinner. I grew up in this neighborhood I remember when it was a bank then the vault then Dublin's etc..Response from the owner 10 minutes ago I sincerely apologize for our mistake. We are currently training a few new hostesses as our long time employee left for college. Please me your name and number I’m happy to give you a complimentary entree for your inconvenience I can't wait to please you my name and number. Basic auto response. Update I came back here again because it is a local restaurant and I ordered a half pound cheeseburger which should come with lettuce and the typical items and I paid $0.75 extra to have mushrooms on there and then I got a plain tasteless burger with nothing but mushrooms on it sad to see a good place turned to crap.

Sign and website info posts that place is open till 11 and that kitchen closes at 10 pm. Arrived at 9:20 pm on 10/9/24 and was told that the kitchen closed at 9 pm. Please update if that is the case, and remove the chalkboard with meal specials after the kitchen closes. Had to take my business elsewhere, and was looking forward to trying such a highly rated restaurant in my area.
