Got the wrong order after waiting for 20 minutes on a mobile order that I placed 30 minutes before I received my order. It was a simple order. Female staff was rude and dismissive when we got to the drive thru window. Usually a good crew, but not today. Door dasher likely took our order. There will be some unhappy people tonight.

No cheese on my cheese quesodia. Maybe a sprinkle. I paid over five bucks for a tortilla. The taco was sloppily put together. Very little ingredients. The music was blaring. I think the employees were having a party.

Look i just happened to be dinning in during a company meeting i dont know his name but hes great he helped the lady with my order!! And he treated his team great!!! I havent ever seen someone so ubbeat real understanding just all around good leader his leadership talent is being wasted at taco bell im thoroughly impressed if i had a boss when i was a teen i woudnt have quit so many jobs hope yall figure out who im talking about and compensate him actually just heard/seen a customer interupt their meeting to say they are having to much fun hes getting his work done and they are all laughing and happy at the same time !! Good job 9 mile manager good job

I Just left this Location on 9 mile Rd in Eastpointe MI between 9:30/9:45pm September 5, 2025 and the Grown Boy that worked the Drive through was very Rude.
I went there with my boyfriend to get our food that we order through the DoorDash app for a pick up order. I wasn’t sure if I could go inside being so that I didn’t see anyone in the lobby at that time and also the previous times I went, the lobby was closed, so I Proceeded to the drive through. When I get to the speaker, I told them I was picking up a DoorDash order. I was told by a young lady that I needed to come inside to pick the order up. So I asked “even if it’s a personal DoorDash order for pick up do I still need to come in. She said it was fine but the grown boy interrupted the young lady and irritably said “OH MY GOD LADY, you gotta come in for DoorDash order!!” Not once was I ever rude to the young lady or the grown boy. I just asked a simple question and that was the response I got. Customer service is very poor.
I had an amazing experience here thanks to Lashae Even though I arrived just 15 minutes before closing, she was great and made sure I had everything I needed. Her attitude was even great for it being so late! Thank you for the great service!! (:

I pull up to the Taco Bell to get my taco fix. I am dumbfounded. They fired my taco brother. Employee of the month to fired. Word on the intercom is that he had a record and they terminated him. Never again going here with them always being closed to their system always being down.
